B-Non-schedule items

Marking and punching on the different size of plate as per the approved drawing. The rate includes labour and consumables material as required, complete in all respects.

Cutting, cleaning of the cutting edge & collecting of scrap to nominate the location of 2 different sizes of plate as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. This rate includes labour, machines, consumables and maintenance of machines. Electricity will be provided by the railway free of cost. Size of plate - 8mm to 14mm.

Cutting, cleaning of the cutting edge & collecting of scrap to nominate location of 3 different size of plate as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. This rate includes labour, machines, consumables and maintenance of machines. Electricity will be provided by Railway free of cost: Size of plate - 16mm to 25mm.

Cutting, cleaning of the cutting edge & collecting of scrap to nominate location of different size of plate as directed by the Engineer-in-charge. This rate includes labour, machines, consumables and maintenance of machines. Electricity will be provided by Railway free of cost: Size of plate - 26mm to 40mm

Trail assembly and dismantling of Service girder of any size, specification with contractor's own labour, tools and plants, equipment, etc., complete in all respects, including handling and rehandling of the materials.

Welding in different size of steel members by GMAW/MMAW for fabrication of steel section. The rate shall included supply of all consumable items and all tools, plants, scaffolding, 06 labour including all type of transportation of tools, plants, consumable items, labour/ supervisor to work spot, any other incidental charges complete in all respect. (i) 6mm welding by the electric plant including transportation of the electric welding plant at site etc., complete. Electricity will be provided by Railway free of cost.

Welding in different sizes of steel members by GMAW/MMAW for the fabrication of steel section. The rate shall included supply of all consumable items and all tools, plants, scaffolding, 07 labour including all type of transportation of tools, plants, consumable items, labour/ supervisor to work spot, any other incidental charges complete in all respect. (ii)Extra 1/3rd i.e 2 mm over and above 6 mm on item 1 USSOR No 081400 to achieve 8 mm welding. Electricity will be provided by Railway free of cost

The rate shall included supply of all consumable items and all tools, plants, scaffolding, 08 labour including all type of transportation of tools, plants, consumable items, labour/ supervisor to work spot, any other incidental charges complete in all respects.(iii) Extra 2/3rd i.e 4 mm over and above 6 mm on item 1 USSOR No 081400 to achieve 10 mm welding. Electricity will be provided by Railway free of cost
