Hangers of GI wire 4mm dia to be fixed by approved rawl plug, level and justers and screws etc. The last hanger at the end of each main runner shall not be greater than 450mm from adjacent wall. M & L for providing 50mm thick cement mortar (1:2:4) type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone agg) as in roof padding required to maintain desired slope complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 (12.5mm graded stone agg) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs for Tubular towel rail of brass chromium plated, 20mm dia, D type, 60cm long between flanges fixed complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repairs 75mm bore PVC (SWR) pipe single socket in any length with rubber ring joints, laid in trenches, wall, floors or laid in sunken floor upto height 10 mtr etc complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair for 75mm bore PVC bends, branch piece or similar fitting are reqd to make the system functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair PVC floor trap/Nahani trap 75mm complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F in repair 75mm bore PVC (SWR) branch piece, double (double Y) equal or unequal complete all as specifed and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Non-skid coloured ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm over & including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:6 for laying floor finishes, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and poited in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for Glazed coloured ceramic tiles External/Internal in vertical surface 300mm x 450mm x 7mm/ 300mmx600mmx7mm thick over & including 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:4 set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match including dismantling and removing the debris outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
