M&L for dismantling and taking down complete 25/50 ltr capacity geysers from site and brought to e/m yard store & Refixing the same after carrying out following works:- (i) complete cleaning and de-scaling of inlet and outlet connections, inner tanks, fittings, fixtures & outlet pipelines etc with suitable chemical agent. (ii) Complete servicing and maintenance (iii) Replacement of unsv spares as deemed necessary such as inner tank, outer cover, inner assembly, glasswool, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, etc., repair of minor leakages if any by carrying out minor welding/brazing. (iv) complete testing and to ensure proper functioning & maintaining proper water temparature. complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (a) Cost of minor spares such as chemical agents, rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps etc and minor welding/brazing , indication lamp ( green and red) deemed to be included in the quoted rate. (b) The cost for all major spares & items such as inner tank, outer cover, inner assembly, glasswool shall be paid relevant items as under mentioned. (c) The cost of scaffolding arrangement laddars,safety belt,lifting ,Nut bolt, drilling , rowl plug and T&P in all respect used while fixing the materials will borne by the contractor himself. (iv) Taking down all materials will be deposited in the E/M store of AGE E/M-IV .

Supply and fixing in replacement of heating element (ISI-Marked) 1500 Watt of suitable type as per existing model including rubber ring clamping screws etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heating element (ISI-Marked) 2000 Watt of suitable type as per existing model including rubber ring clamping screws etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermostat auto cut type with temperature control regulator and with relay of any type suitable for existing model of geyser 25L/50L complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Inner cold and hot water circulating apparatus unit assembly ISI marked (Geysers water assembly) suitable for 25 Ltrs capacity.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Inner cold and hot water circulating apparatus unit assembly ISI marked (Geysers water assembly) suitable for 50 Ltrs capacity.

Supply and fixing in replacement of pressure relief valve CP brass confirming to relevant IS with washer suitable for 15mm bore GI pipe suitable for 25/50 ltrs geysers.

Supply and fixing in replacement of brass non return valves, screwed down, high pressure, screwed both ends for 15mm bore iron pipe or for union, ISI marked, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Glass wool for insulation of Geysers any capacity and any make of geyser complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement pre painted inspection plate rounded in two pieces made out of 22 gauge MS sheet suitable for 25/50Litres and with fixing space for indicating lamp of any type to geyser of any make and capacity including fixing screws complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stainless steel inner tank with glass line insulation, vertical type, min 6 bar pressure, suitable for 25 ltr capacity including replacement of PUF insulation all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of stainless steel inner tank with glass line insulation, vertical type, min 6 bar pressure, suitable for 50 ltr capacity including replacement of PUF insulation all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Heavy duty Stainless Steel Connection Pipe ISI marked of of 15 mm dia 450/600 mm long suitable for cold & hot water, for water heaters with SS nuts and PVC/rubber sealing washers as per required at site condition complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of 25/50 Ltr capacity in any make indoor assembly, compatible to existing geyser, with inlet and thermostat pipe with drain plug inclusive of clamps for holding the element with nuts, bolts, suitable heating element and gasket complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of single pole and neutral enclosure with two pin earth industrial plug and socket with one MCB SP 20 Amps, 'C' curve, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in replacement of 3 core 2.5 Sqmm PVC insulated & round sheathed bright annealed copper conductor flexible cable for voltage grade 1100 V , FRLS as per IS: 694 complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of mild steel, hole fastener 10mm dia, 100mm long including nut and washer set of two complete.

Supply and fixing in replacement of top plug 15/16 Amp size complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of Switch piano, flush type single pole, one way 16 Amp complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of Socket outlet 2 in 1, 3 pin, 6 and 16 Amp flush type complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fixing in replacement of metal clad plug top 2 pin & earth,including 3 pin socket( metal clad) ISI marked 20 Amp 250V complete all as specified

M&L for attending daily complaints in repairs and maintenance of geysers water heater of any capacity/ any make, lodged by the users complete to make serviceable condition with skilled electrician for Geyser for attending door to door, ARMAAN, & user complaints to carryout inspection, cleaning & normal servicing of geyser at various location for faulty connections and making geyser serviceable after testing and marking legible MES No on geyser complete all as specified and directed Note: 1. Cost of minor spares such as rubber gaskets, nuts, bolts, clamps, flanges etc, minor welding/brazing, marking & testing deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 2. Proper record & document to be maintained for each complaint/inspection duly signed by user, cost incurred on this deemed to be included in the quoted rate. 3. M&L for Disconnecting, dismantling of solar water heating system of any capacity /make incl all water and electric connection and refixing the same in existing position after the following repairs and testing complete:- (a) Replacement of the worn out/missing nuts bolts , washers, unions,sockets flanges and screw etc complete. (b) Descaling/desludging the hot water pipes and normal water by using appropriate chemicals/Anti corrosive/Anti scaling agent solution, cleaning and washing all copper tube & water circulated pipes of heat convetor sets throughly cleaning the complete solor pannel of making the tube scale free and reassemling the pannel. (c) Cleaning hot and cold water tanks, removing sludge and scale from the tank manually using suitable chemicals complete. (d) Repair of collector fins incl required welding works etc complete. (e) Testing on completion after Repair work and making the Solar Water Heater functional in each aspects. Note:- The Spare parts such as Solar energy collector panel, toughned glass, rubber gasket, hose pipe, insulation for hot water pipe, heating element, thermostat, Water Storage tank, gate valve/float valve, MS Clamp shall be measured & paid seperately under respective items. Consumable items will be scope of the firm

Supply and fixing in replacement of Rubber gaskets made out of fine rubber for Solar pannel complete to make system air tight dust and water leak proof complete all as specified and directed by Engineer -in -cnarge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of hose pipe 1" (25 mm) inner dia for hot/cold water for solar system of suitable length as existing size complete with 02 Nos clamps of required size complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of heating element for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operating on 240 v AC complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer -in-charge .

Supply and fixing in replacement of thermostat for solar water heater of wattage 3.0 KW operating on 240 v AC complete all asspecified and directed by Engineer -in-charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ball brass valves high pressure with polythene float and fitnut complete screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule and fixed of size 20 mm dia as fixed in repairs complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L taking down of ceiling fan of size 1200/1400mm for safety checking by replacing defective parts/rewinding and re-fixing the ceiling fan after repairs,all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Note:- The cost for replacement of unserviceable parts of minor nature such as screws, lugs, insulation tape, nuts, bolts, washers etc after cleaning the metal surface, greasing/lubricant etc to make it functional and making connection by replacing PVC insulated unsheathed cable of copper conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm from ceiling rose/ connector fan (minimum 0.50 Mtr length) complete all as specified and directed Note:- (i) Necessary required at site for repair/taking down ceiling/exhaust fans shall be provided by the constractor and nothing extra shall be paid on this account. (ii)Necessary T&P such as ladder, required manpower for taking down and refixing after repair shall be of contractor's responsibility. (iii) All types of T&P, PVC insulation tape, minor nuts bolts, fan blade scew of any type/size and washers etc required for maintaining the services shall be provided by contractor without any cost to the department. (vi) Any fan found defective/not working shall be brought to AGE E/M store yard & re-fixed after repairing. (vii) Maitenance of documents ie complaint slip/complaint register & other stationery required shall be of contractor's responsibility.

Supply and fixing in replacement of bearing 6201 & 6202 Nos including machine work complete all as specified and directed by Engr - in charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of canopy set ( 2 Nos) for ceiling fan complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge

Taking down old unserviceable and supply and fixing of Exhaust Fan sweep of 150 MM dia ventilation fan made of sturdy Engineering plastic complete with louvers shutter, voltage 230V, 50 Hz, RPM 2100 RPM, Copper winding, Shaded Pole motor type complete including cutting of wall, making of proper hole sufficient to fix exhaust fan and smoothing of the surface before fixing of exhaust all as specified and directed by Engg-in Charge.

Supply and fixing in replacement of ceilng fan blades with screws and spring wasers for size of 1200/1400 mm sweep complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Exhaust Fan Motor suitbale for 250mm (exhaust fan) heavy duty double ball bearing type, 1400 RPM with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in replacement Exhaust Fan Motor suitbale for 300 (exhaust fan) heavy duty double ball bearing type, 1400 RPM with copper winding complete all as specified and directed.
