Maintenance of water supply system Servicing Painting of 33KV 33KV outdoor Sub Station and other allied works at Gogal Pumping Station

Servicing and painting of 33KV outdoor Sub-Station structure at Gogal pumping station by :i) Cleaning of all Current Transformers, Potential Transformers, Lightning Arresters and HT insulators by using provar antitrack and tightening of all terminations. ii)Servicing of Air Break Switches by cleaning the contacts of all 3 phase by using Aerosol electrical cleaner, adjusting the gap, replacing all corroded bolts, nuts washers etc., applying petroleum jelly to all contacts and making free operations of Air Break Switches, Painting of sub station pole structure by scraping and applying one coat of red oxide and two coats of Aluminum paint. of approved brand iii) Painting of Sub Station fencing by Cleaning Removing of creepers, cleaning, Scraping and removing rust, and applying 1 coat of red oxide and 2 coats of Aluminum paint of approved make as directed by Engineer-in-charge .

Stripping/Scrapping paint of 1250 KVA 33KV/3.3KV transformers at Gogal Pumping Station by using paint stripper of STANVAC or equivalent make, emery paper and preparing smooth surface including necessary repairs to scratches etc., complete, spray painting with Single component anti corrosive epoxy paint of STANVAC or equivalent make as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Clearing jungle including up rooting of rank vegetation grass bush wood trees and sapling of girth upto 30 cm. measured at a height of 1 m above ground level & removal of rubbish upto a distance of 50 mt. outside the periphery of the area cleared. (if however only grass is met with the area will be measured and paid for under item 4001).

Surface dressing of ground including removing vegetation in equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m.;Ordinary soil

Supply of 4 core armoured PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1554 (Part I) IS:7098(Part I) with latest amendments of following size.;4 Core 25 sq.mm

Supply of 4 core armoured PVC/XLPE insulated PVC sheathed aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade with ISI mark conforming to IS:1554 (Part I) IS:7098(Part I)with latest amendments of following size.;4 Core 10 sq.mm

Laying of one numberPVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm direct in ground including excavation in the form of a trench as per Cable Trench Drawing provided by the Engineer-Inchargesand cushioning with screened sand bed of 20mm thick protective covering with bricks placed breadth-wise on top of cable all over the run( the brick protection shall cover the cable and project atleast 5 cms over the sides of the cable) and backfilling the excavated earth without stones or hard material and making the surface proper with 15 cm crown on the top complete as require (b) In rocky strata

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed/XLPE power cable of 1.1 KV grade of size not exceeding 25 sq. mm on surface etc. complete as required

Supplying installation testing and commissioning of surface/ recess mounting vertical type 415 V TPN double door MCB DB of sheet steel dust protected duly phosphatised and powder painted inclusive of 200 A tinned copper busbar common neutral link earth bar din bar for mounting MCBs detachable gland knock out plate and with 250 A 10 KA MCCB as incomer interconnection between incomer MCCB and busbars of following ways (but without MCCB /MCBs as required);(c) 12 way with 250A MCCB as Incomer double door Cat A

Providing and fixing following rating and breaking capacity adjustible 4 pole MCCB inside the existing cubicle panel board including drilling holes in cubicle panel making connections etc as required;(e) 250 A Adjustable 35/40 KA CAT B

Supplying and making cable end terminations with brass compression gland and copper lugs for folowing sizes of 4 Core PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade complete as required.;(4) 4 x 10 Sq. Mm

Supplying and making cable end terminations with brass compression gland and copper lugs for folowing sizes of 4 Core PVC insulated PVC sheathed/XLPE aluminium conductor cable of 1.1 KV grade complete as required.;(6) 4 x 25 Sq.mm.
