M&L for applying waterproofing treatment as following :- (a) A coat of bitumen primer @0.50 ltr/ Sqm on prepared surface of plaster, applying a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @1.2 kg/sqm (b)Applying APP based Polymeric membrane minimum weighting 3.5kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick reinforced with polyster non wove fabric(wt.not less than 150 grm/ sqm) and sealing joints by torched application complete all as specified. (c)Apply a coat of semi hot blown bitumen 85/25 @0.50 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L guniting work including dismantling loose concrete cover of RCC coloums, beams slabs, Chajjas, and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surfaces with steel wire brushes, washed with water and allowed to dry, including dusting of steel reinforcement, providing fabric mild steel wire mesh 75 mm x 75 mm of 2 mm dia as reinforcement to concrete surfaces, applying adhesive/admixture over steel mesh and providing 25 mm thick (average thickness) guniting mix (using 1 part of ordinary portland cement 53 grade and 2 parts of ghaggar sand mixed with adhesive/admixture at the rate as per manufacturers instruction or 2% by wt of cement all as directed with a pressure of 2 to 2.5 kgs per sqm by guniting machine including necessary padding, steel scaffolding and shuttering for working platformm/formwork etc complete all as directed.

To this prepared surface apply chemistic plycrete admisture at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions.(iii) When plymix coating is in tackey condition funiting is done with plycrete admixture at the rate of 2% by weight of cement or all as per manufacturers instructions. Plycrete admixture shall be procured from Chemical Adhesive Pvt Ltd Co. or their authorized dealer.(iv) Cost of the above aspects shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of the respective item and nothing extra shall be paid on any account.

S&F for TMT Mild steel bars 10mm dia and over, cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of lime concrete of sunken floors including WC n.exc 15cm thick (below or above ground level) including removal of rubbish beyond MD land complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type E-2 (40 mm graded stone agg) as in sunken floors complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and material and labour for rendering 10 mm thiick in CM 1:4 laid to achieve slope with two coat of teap create mixed (1:2) with cement slurry @ 500 gm per sqm as per manufactures's instruction in sunken potion of toilets, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement and applying a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.70 kg /sqm and applying one coat of hot bitumen 85/25 gde @ 2.6 kg/sqm and one layer of 0.5 mm thick fibre tissue over it, a coat of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @ 2.6 kg/sqm over it and then applying one layer of 0.50mm thick fibre glass tissue and final layer of hot blown bitumen 85/25 gde @ 2.0 kg/sqm, complete all as as specified and as directed.

Demolition of Water closet (Squatt pattern) including 'P' trap including removal of rubbish off beyond MOD land complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Vitreous China squatting pan, ‘Orissa’ pattern' size 580 x 440 mm white with integral foot rests (excluding flushing cistern), including flush pipe of polyethylene of low or high density, connection to trap, and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, etc. complete trap set in concrete and including CI 'P' trap & 100mm cast iron sanitary connection socket to fit WC out-let complete all as specified and directed.
