Material and labour for water proofing treatment of roof slab all as specified below. ( Note- Each stage passed by Engineer-in-Charge and approved by GE) (a) Preparation of plaster surface roof by brushing and cleaning . (b) Applying a priming coat with bitumen primer @0.5 Kg/Sqm. Material and labour PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 using 12.5 mm stone aggregate in fillets junction of roof and parapet wall caving slightly chamfered or rounded including water proofing compound @3% by weight of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles laid on cement mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar (1:3) mixed with 5% of crude oil by weight of cement including over 15 mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying one coat of epoxy resin (Fair Bond EP) on old concrete surfaces of ceiling and beam chhajja stair case etc @ 0.30 Kg/Sqm including 25 mm thick (average thickness) of cement and sand (Fine grit) in ratio 1:3 mixed with chloride free spray concrete plastisizer (spray rete) as per manufacture instruction with guiniting machine pressure capacity not less than 5 Kg per Sqcm and finished the surfaces even and smooth complete all as specified and directed.
