Demolition of Unreinforced Cement Concrete in ground floors and Pavings not exceeding 15cm thick [below or above ground level] complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling Floor, Hearth or Wall Tiling including cement mortar bedding [but not backing] and removing rubbish / debris of the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L double charge vitrified tiles, 10mm thick, light shade, Square / rectangular, polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with adjacent tiles over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed. The colour/ shade / design of tiles shall be as approved by GE.

M & L for non skid joint free ceramic tiles, coloured, of area exceeding 0.06 sqm but not exceeding 0.11 sqm, 7 to 8 mm thick (square or rectangular) as in floors etc, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 15 mm thick in Cement Mortar 1:4 for laying floor finishes etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 18 to 20mm thick table rubbed and polished granite stone slab as in cooking platforms, window cills and like, in single piece of required size, laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4, jointed and pointed with white cement (CM 1:2) using marble dust mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab flooring using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine cut Kota stone slab in single piece of length as in treads and riser of steps, skirting, dado and cladding to columns, etc., using 20 to 25mm thick slabs, laid over 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:3 and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with a admixture of pigment to match shade of slab including rubbing and polishing to smooth mirror finish all to required sizes, the size and design / pattern of slabs shall be as directed, including diagonals, inlays, borders, margins in two or more shades of slabs complete all as specified and directed.

Moulding half round to edges of stone slabs one edge, 20mm thick in steps, cooking platform and other similar situations, complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick/ stone boulder masonry built in Cement Mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc. but excluding ashlar facingss, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles, and including disposal of rubbish from site, complete all as specified and directed.
