REPAIR/MAINT OF LT ELECTRIC SUPPLY AND DISTRIBUTION NETWORK INCLUDING REPLACEMENT OF U/S CABLE JOINT KIT, BUS BAR JUNCTION BOX,CHANGE OVER SWITCH AND CONNECTED ITEMS OF ELECTRIC SUPPLY AT DIBRUGARH,GANESHBARI,CHABUA, FSD PANITOLA AND LAIPULI AREA

M&L for prunning and removing of tree branches touching to electric over head lines wild growth around LT /HT over head lines and around pole and stays complete to make clear span of not less than 3 Mtr of tree both side of the OH line to clear the approach of overhead lines including removing of nest, wild grass creepers, unwanted vegetation, etc from pole/stay including clearing of creeoers climbed on poles and angles, channels and disposed off from site beynd 50m and upto a total distance of 250m with JCB, Cutter and all tools, plants etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note : (i) Span of 30 to 50m shall be considered as one unit (ii) Contractor has to take upmost care to avoid damage to existing lines/structures if Any breakdown of line caused during punning shall be made good without any extra cost. (iii) Prunning of tree to be done twice a year (before & after rainy season) (iv) The contractor has to ensure the proper safety of the tradesmans to avoid any mishappening, If any mishappening occures the contractor will be solely responsible for it.

Excavation in trenches not exc 1.50 Metre wide and not exc 1.50 Metre depth for laying of UG Cable/Pole/Stays etc getting out in Soft/Loose Soil, complete all as specified and as directed.

Description all as per item No 02 above but depth exceeding 1.50 metre but not exc 3.0 metre in depth.

Returning filling in including spreading leveling watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cms spread any type of soil complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing Surplus Soil to a distance not exc 50.00 Metre away and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 Metre above the Starting Point, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L Sand Cushioning (dry) in trenches/ducts for protection of UG Cables (below, above and around the UG Cable laid in Trenches) of 23 Cm Spread thickness (8 Cm in depth before laying the Cable and 15 Cm in depth after laying the Cable) and consolidated (punned) upto 180 mm thickness, complete all as specified and as directed. Note : For the purpose of Payment, Punned thickness of Sand Cushioning only shall be measured and paid for.

M & L brick protection with old size sub class ‘B’ brick designation 75 for PVC/XLPE under ground cable protection in trench with width equal to length of brick laid dry and flat joining each other with gap between adjacent brick not exceeding 10mm over LT under ground cable including taking down old unserviceable bricks complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, Class LV, Type I, flat, size 250 mm x 150mm x 40mm complete all as specified and directed.
