Earth work excavation and desposting on banks with initial lead of 10m and initial lift of 2m in hard stiff clay, stiff black cotton soil, hard red earth, shales, murram, gravel, stony earth and earth mixed with small size boulders et., As per SS 20B excluding hard rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, baling ojut water where ever necessary and including refilling consolidation etc., complete in all respects complying with relevent standard specifications and as directed by departmental officers.

Earth work open excavation in all soils and sub-soils and to full depth as may be directed except in rock requiring blasting inclusive of shoring shuttering, bailing out water wherever necessary and depositing the excavated earth with a lead of 10 mts. within the compound in places shown by the departmental officers and clearing and levelling the site, etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Providing Pre-constructional anti- termite treatment and creating a chemical barrier to the building by injecting chemical emulsion of required concentrations raft slab and beam, under Cellular raft slab, around the footings, column pits, trenches, pits, wall trenches, back fill, plinth filling, junction of wall and floor, side walls of foundation, external perimeter of building,surrounding of pipes expansion joints, etc. as per IS specification and as per the instructions of chemical manufacturer and all as directed.The treatment shall be carried out strictly in accordance with the technical specification and conforming to IS 6313 (PART-2) or equivalent BS specification.

Supplying and Filling with M - sand in foundation and others sub structures for 100mm thick and well watered, rammed and consolidated by power compacter. The rate includes the cost of M sand, compacting with mechanical compactors, labour charges for leveling, loading & Unloading and Transportation charges etc., complete and as per the standard specification.

Plain Cement Concrete 1 : 5 :10 ( one part of cement, five parts of sand and ten parts of hard broken stone ) using 40 mm gauge hand broken hard broken granite stone jelly complying with standard specifications in foundations and basement.

Supplying and Filling Gravel in foundation and basement in layers of not more than 15cm.thick well rammed watered and compacted -1m3 etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for plane surfaces such as RCC Floor Slab, Roof Slab, Loft, Landing Slabs, etc with necessary supports and strutting upto 3.60m height in all floors with all cross bracings using MS Sheets made of 10 gauge thick welded with MS angle of Size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm for boarding laid over steel adjustable span of size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) and supported by Steel Adjustable Telescopic Props of Size 2m x 2m (expandable upto 3.60m) made with outer steel pipe with dia 50mm (3.60mm thick) and inner steel pipe with dia 40mm (2.90mm thick) , etc complete complying with standard specifications. Providing and laying in position, standardised concrete Mix M-20 Grade in accordance with IS 456 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cement content of 325 kg/m3 and maximum water cement ratio of 0.55, including admixture (plasticiser / super plasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m) 7670 kg. of crushed stone sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. Paving the Top of roof with Solar refelective ceramic tiles of approved quality and colour laid in Cement mortar bed in 1:3 (One cement and three crushed stone sand) 12mm thick and pointed with water resistant tile epoxy grout for joint, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. 7.Earthing and Lightning Protection: Earthine: The array structure of the PV yard shall be grounded properly using adequate number of earthing kits. All metal casine or shicldine of the power plants shall be thoroughly grounded to ensure safety of the solar power plants Lightning: The SPV power plants shall be provided with lightning &over voltage |protection. The main aim in this protection shall be to reduce the over voltage to a tolerable valu before it reaches the P or other sub system components, The Source f over voltage an be lightening. atmosphere disturbances etc

8.INTEGRATION OF PV POWER WITH GRID: The output power from SPV would be fed to the inverters which converts DC produced by SPV array to the AC and r-ode it into the main electricity grid lafer svnchronization. In case of grid failure, or low or high voltage, solar PV system will be out of synchronizatior and will be disconnected fromn the grid Once the DG set comes into s service PV |system will again be synchronized with DG supply and load requirement would be met to the extent of availability of power 4 pole isolation of inverter output with respect t he gridDG power |connection need to be provided.

9.GRID ISLANDING: PV svstem software and control system will be equipped with islanding protection. In addition to disconnection from the gird (islanding protection t.e on no supply), under and over voltage conditions will adequate ratine fuses fuses on inverter inout side (DC) as wel as output side (AC) for overload and short circuit protection and disconneeting switches to isolte the DC and AC system for maintcnances as needed. Fuses of adequate rating will also be provided n ach solar arra: module to protect them against short circuit. A manual disconnect 4 pole solation switch beside automatis tisconnection to grid would have to be provided at utility end to isolate the grid connection by the utility personal to carry out any maintenance
