Taking down plaster (Chipping off ) removing, carefully Loose plaster by low impact Hammer without damaging the structure and cleaning and disposal of debris out side the MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Chipping, removing carefully concrete work by low impact hammer, breaker without damaging the structure & cleaning and disposal of debris out side the premises etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Hard concrete should not be removed by force.)

M&L for clean existing reinforcement with wire/ rotary wire brush, making the surfaces free from loose material dirt etc complete and applying two coats of alkaline rust converting primer FEOVERT of Krishna Conchem of Roff rust cleaner of Pidilite or Dr Fixit Rust removal or sholirust of STP Ltd. on the rebars, including cleaning the reinforcement, wire brushing to remove loose rust spalls, wash the rebars with clean water within 3 min and wipe it dry complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for providing and fixing additional steel bar or stirrups of diameter in various structural elements like columns, beams and foundations including drilling, bending and fixing the bars with epoxy putty etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for carry out application of ‘Bi-polar migratory corrosion inhibitor' EPCO-KP-100 on concrete surface. This inhibitor has migratory kind of property which permits the material to migrate to a virtual extent of 100 mm, through pores of concrete, inhibiting the corrosion and de-passivating the Electro-chemical reaction. It has property to attack anode as well as cathode, which is purely alkaline in nature (pH-9.5), so it has no carcinogen activity with concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for applying two coats of anticorrosive Treatment to Reinforcement by application of two coats of anti-rust protective coating in the form of Acrylic Polymer with a minimum solid content to 40% solid mixed with cement in 1:1.5 proportion ( 1 part polymer and 1.5 part cement) on rebars after cleaning of rust scales with time interval of minimum 4 hours between each coat by brush as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and directed. Anti-rust protective shall be procured from one of manufacturer given below. (Make :- Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krishna Conchem/UltraTech)

M&L for providing and applying structural grade EPIBOND-21-LP prior to application of any type of mortar plaster confirming to ASTM-C-882-91 (Arizona Slant Shear Test) to ensure bond between old concrete and new concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for building up the profile of structural members by using latex B2 modified air cured mortar system in damaged areas (1Cement-3 part graded cleaned pre-packed river sand 10% latex mortar by weight of cement- 0.5 w/c ratio) upto 20 mm to 40 mm thickness including leveling profiling and removing and cleaning existing vegetation growth in structural and Non- structural items complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make :- Fosroc/Sika/BASF/Krishna Conchem/UltraTech)

Material & Labour for cement mortar with forced application (guniting) in CM 1:3 using factory manufactured pre mix / ready mix mortar of 15mm-25mm thickness mixed with latex additives (MONOBOND) @ 200ml per bag of cement applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces upto 16 mtrs height of bldg including necessary scaffolding and working platform including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc.including welded mess of n. less than 1 Kg/Sqm where ever required completely all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge. (Note : Rate includes the rate of MONOBOND. No separate payment will be paid for MONOBOND).

Material & Labour for cement plaster 15 mm thick using factory manufactured pre mix/ready mix of 'Roofit Mix'of M/s Premier Floor to Roof Materials pvt.ltd/ 'Easy plast' of M/s Walplast Products pvt.ltd/ 'Readiplast' of M/s Ultratech Cement Ltd/'Soundplast PMC-1' of M/s Sound buildcare Pvt .Ltd/ or other approved equivalent make as approved by GE, having minimum composition of C:S :: 1:4 using fully treated dry, well graded natural sand conforming to IS 383 suitable for external plastering, having low rebound properties, low water demand for curing properties, mechnIcal mixing with water in a metalic tray only to make good consistency as per the specification of the Manufacturer and applied over exterior masonry and concrete surfaces as final rendering, including using richer mix for making corners if necessary, at all floors and level, including making grooves of existing size wherever required, including cleaning the surfaces, curing etc. complete all as specified and as directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour for applying two coats of rain coat over a coat of primer using fully automatic Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying rain coat should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of rain coat on the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of shrinkage of structure by drilling hole in structures using up to a depth of 15mm and 18mm dia, removing dust, etc by vacum cleaner and blowers, providing and fixing of heavy grade GI pipe nipple 15mm dia, 100mm long @ 1 mtr c/c in both direction and injection of high strength polymer based injection grout with flexural strength of minimum 45 MPa, Tensile strength of 26 MPa in 7 days and coprssive strength of minimum 50 MPa in 1 days up to 80 MPa in 7 days giving minimu pot life of 1 hr@20o C and closing ends nipple epoxy putty/silica jelly after injecting the chemicals mixed with cement slurry. Make : Pidilite or equivalent all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down old aluminiun joinery( windows/ventilators etc) along with glass, wiremesh, fittings completely

S & F powder coated aluminium frame/track or shutters for windows, ventilators etc. with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc.fixed or sliding type/louvered window or ventilator without sash bar, aluminium including necessary joining cleats, glazing clips, rubber packing, anodised alumnium snap beading, screws etc. complete all as specified Complete all as specified. Note: Minimum 25 micron anodisation for all aluminium sections)

All as per item No 14.00 above but only refixing of old windows incl repair if required

M&L aluminium grill with suitable aluminium anodised frame section of ‘F’ section of size 23.4 x 15.3 x 1.4 mm thick manufactured by M/S Deco grill pattern DG-102 (80 x 66mm aperture) all complete.

Complete removal of existing treatment on wall/ roof projections including facia, cornices etc by scrapping with mechanical sander (having mechanical vaccum mechanism) with sanding pad of appropriate grit to make surface clean,free from dust, loose paint etc by skilled labour complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for waterproof cement based putty @ 1 Kg(undiluted) per sq mtr. of average thickness 2 mm over the plastered/old painted wall after scrapping to prepare the surface even and smooth complete and sanding of the putty surface with mechanical wall sander (having mechanical vacuum mechanism) having RPM not less than 1500, sanding pad of 240 Grit or above to make the surface free from dust etc. by skilled labour as per following steps:- Step 1) Mix the putty powder by adding water as per manufacturer instructions and mix it with putty mixer with the mixing capacity of min 2.5 kg putty per minute. Step 2) Apply the first coat the prepared mixer with the help of fully automatic airless spray machine of putty application having flow speed of max 6 ltrs per minutes with a maximum pressure 3300 PSI. Step 3) Allow 6-8 hrs time to dry the putty surface. (Make : Asian paints/Nerolac paints/Shalimar Paints)

Material and labour for applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer using fully automatic Airless spray technology with max working pressure of 3300 PSI and capable of operating single spray gun with a max material hose length of 30 mtr the spray machine should be of reputed manufacturer with pro guard technology and capability of tracking pressure and paint usage and certified by paint manufacturer and as mentioned in PS and accessories for applying distemper should be able to spray in hard to reach areas and penetration of distemper on the surface complete all as specified and directed. Note : Sanding of surface to be done by mechanical sander with 1500 - 2700 rpm, with internal dust extraction system for clean environment certified by paint manufacturer. Proper masking to be carried out before primer and paint application). (Make : Asian paints/Nerolac paints/Shalimar Paints)

S&F 4mm thick plain sheet glass ordinary quality and glazing with aluminium and neoprene beads in square exc 0.5 sqm in each pane.

M & L for providing & fixing of factory made Fibre glass Reinforced Plastic (FRP) "chajja"- 4mm thick of "fibreways" brand in required colour, size and design made by Resin Transfer Moulding (RTM) Machine Technology available with laminated single piece, having smooth gradual slope curvature for easy drainage of water and duly reinforced by 2 Nos vertically and 1 No horizontally 50x2mm thick MS Flat with 12mm in built hole for grouting on the existing wall along with the 50mm flanges duly inserted and sealed in the wall complete in one single piece casted monothically including all necessary fittings. Molded with unsaturated Polyster resin as per IS: 6746 duly reinforced with fibreglass chopped strand mat (CSM) as per IS: 11551. Available with protective gel coat U/V coating on top for complete resistance from the extreme of temperature, weather & sunlight all complete as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down carefully FRP chajja and and refixing in the same position completing the plastering in the same position including cutting grooves and jointing with epoxy grout completely as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Complete removal of exisiting water proofing treatment of roof including demolition of brick bat koba/pcc padding of any thickness, cleaning with wire brushes etc and removal of debris outside MD land complete all as specified and directed by Engg-In- Charge.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-0 (using 12.5mm graded stone aggregate) addition and including WP+ 200 of UtraTech / Shali Plast LW+ of STP / Pidilite URP of Dr. Fixit or equivalent as appoved and as per manufactures instruction. Before laying concrete surface shall be cleaned and a bond coat of slurry with Shali Crete URP (of STP) as per manufacturer's or quivalent with cement to be applied. All cracks in slab to be openend in 'V' groove and filled with Shali Fix RMC a Polymer M orter of STP/ equivalent complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 10mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 mixed with and including liquid waterproofing compound as per manufacturer's instructionon on fair faces of brick or concrete surfaces complete all as directed by Engr-In-Charge.

Material & Labour for protecting the roof including parapet wall with polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating with flutyne protection technology, complete as specified below: (a) Apply one coat of primer on cleaned and dry surface spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions and allow primer coat to dry for 6 to 8 hrs. (b) Apply 1st coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution and spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions. Allow the first coat to dry for approximately 4-6 hours before applying the 2nd coat at 90° to the first coat. (c) Laying of 45 GSM Fiber glass mesh incorporated on the 1st coating as a sandwich layer when the first coat is still in wet condition. (d) Apply 2nd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the first coat and spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions. (e) Apply 3rd coat of polyurethane hybrid next generation liquid applied roof top coat waterproof coating without dilution at 90° to the 2nd coat and spreading at the rate as per menufracturer's instructions. Ensure there are no pinholes or air bubbles on the membrane. (f) Allow the system to air cure for 7 days minimum. Minimum thickness will be 1.2mm to 1.5mm after 7 days. Make : STP / Pidilite / Asian / Fosroc
