COMPREHENSIVE ANNUAL MAINTENANCE OF DUCTABLE SPLIT AC AND CASSETTE AC UNITS INSTALLED AT CONTROL ROOM AND KIOSKS AT SHARAVATHY GENERATING STATION, JOGFALLS-577435

The Bidder shall be Original Equipment Manufacturer or Authorized Service provider or the agency with proven experience in the similar work i.e., Supply & Installation/Maintenance of Ductable/Split AC/Cassette AC at power utilities/reputed organizations. In proof of the above, the bidder should upload scanned copies of Work/Job order and corresponding Work Completion certificate/performance certificate of at least one single order of the value not less than Rs.0.97 Lakhs issued from competent authority.

The bidder should have an average annual turnover of Rs.1.94 Lakhs in any two financial years in the last five financial years (i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26). In proof, the bidder shall upload scanned copies of annual turnover certificate/profit & loss statement duly certified by the Chartered Accountant.

The bid of the bidders whose contracts have been terminated/foreclosed in KPCL or elsewhere during last three (03) years and also who do not meet the above Pre-Qualifying requirement will be rejected. Scanned copy of duly signed Self declaration as per the prescribed format shall be uploaded by the bidder in e-portal. (Format-II)

Bidder shall have PF registration certificates, IT PAN, GST registration certificates. In proof copies of PF registration certificates/affidavit on Rs.100/- stamp paper duly signed and notarized as prescribed in FORMAT-III given by the corporation in case they do not have done the PF registration certificate due to the number of employees employed by them is less than 20 members, IT PAN and GST registration certificates issued from competent authority shall be furnished.

The bidder shall duly fill and sign the Form of Bid as in the tender document and the scanned copy of the same shall be uploaded by the bidder in e-portal (Format-I).
