Taking down cement plaster on walls, including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc. and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface in cement mortar 1:6 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for 5.0 mm thick sheet glass, ordinary quality in square n. exc 0.5 sqm each pane complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (square/rectangular) polished, area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in near cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match (light shade) over 15 mm thick cement screed bed in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tile in vertical surfaces of size 10 mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match confirming to IS - 13712 Z (b) (iii) over and including rendering 10 mm thick of cement plaster in cemnt mortar (1:4) for backing of tiles grey cement slurry mixed with pigment ot match the shade complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of old cement concrete in ground floor and paving n exc 15 cm thick below or above ground floor and remove rubbish from site of work complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L 25 mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone agg laid in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter with chowkats of size not exc 1.5 Sqm each complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking down shutter only of any description exc 1 Sqm and not exc 2 Sqm each complete and refixing in the same opening all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F anodised aluminium windows and ventilator shutters, side hung type without sash, aluminium sections weighing 0.55 kg/m including necessary joining cleats, glaszing clips, rubber packing, anodised aluminium snap beading, screws, anodised aluminium fittings such as peg stays 150 mm long (1 no.) hinges type B-21 100 mm long (2 no.) suitable handle (1no.) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F anodised aluminium frame for doors, windows, ventilators with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L PCC 1:2:4, type B1 using 20 mm aggregate as in bed plate of hold fast and similar work etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of new wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for Framed work such as grills, frame guard works, railings and similar work conforming to Fe 290 Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L for preparation of old wall surfaces and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F Linoleum, plain coloured 2 mm thick laid with approved adhesive including dusting of surface of floors, stretching, cutting and fitting complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
