RequiredThe tenderer who have quoted more than 25 percentage less over ECV has to upload the DD towards ASD, the DD should be drawn after tender notification in favour of Commissioner, GHMC. If the tenderer who ever quoted less below 25 percentage of ECV should upload the undertaking letter. Undertaking Format is enclosed
RequiredThe bidder shall be an authorized service center / empanelled agency with GHMC having minimum 3 years experience in repair and maintenance of government or institutional vehicles.
RequiredThe agency shall possess valid GST Registration, PAN Card, Trade License, and any other statutory registrations required for operating an automobile repair workshop.
RequiredThe bidder should have prior experience in repair and maintenance of light and heavy vehicles, preferably those used in municipal solid waste management operations.
RequiredThe agency must have a well-established workshop with necessary tools, machinery, diagnostic equipment, trained mechanics, and adequate space to undertake repair works for CMC vehicles.
RequiredOnly genuine / OEM spare parts or equivalent quality approved parts shall be used for repairs. Bills for spare parts must be produced wherever required.
RequiredRepair works shall be taken up only after inspection of the vehicle and approval from the competent authority of CMC.
RequiredNo additional work shall be carried out without prior approval.
RequiredThe repair work shall be completed within one week from the date of issue of LOA/Work Order depending on the nature of repairs, to avoid disruption of municipal services.
RequiredThe agency shall ensure quality workmanship and shall provide a minimum warranty period (generally 3 to 6 months) for replaced parts and repair works.
RequiredThe repaired vehicle shall be inspected and certified by the Transport / Mechanical Section of CMC before acceptance.
RequiredPayment will be made only after satisfactory completion of work and submission of proper bills, job card, and certification by the concerned officer.
RequiredIf the agency fails to complete the repair within the stipulated time without valid reasons, penalty may be imposed as per CMC rules.
RequiredThe agreement shall be valid for a period of one year, which may be extended based on performance and requirement.
RequiredCMC reserves the right to accept or reject any tender, partially or fully, without assigning any reason.
RequiredThe agency shall comply with all CMC/Government rules, labour laws, and safety regulations during execution of repair works.
