ADDITION ALTRATION TO BUILDING NO P 523 VTC COMPLEX AT INS SHIVAJI LONAVLA

Demolition of Brickwork or stone/bou-lder masonry, built in Cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc, but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles

Removing building materilas such as bricks, stones, concrete, sand,soil etc to a distance upto 15Km, beyond the lead included in the rates, including loading, unloading and stacking at the destination.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster, any description on brick or stone walls, etc. including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water, etc.

M&L for Rendering 15 mm thick CM 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces and to be finished even and smooth(without using extra lime or cement)

M&L for preparation of old surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for complete removal of smoke, shoot,moulds,vegetation, moss and efflorescent salts and trading oil and greasy spots from surface areas using high-pressure water jet spray technology pressure (5000-10000)PSI , as part of surface preparation for repainting. by skilled labour complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge Note-: Rates are inclusive all scafoldings used for up to the height of 4 storeys.

Material & Labour for applying Two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/ 10 sqm over new/old surfaces including removal of old paint and preparation of surface all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

S&F Factory made single extruded WPC (Wood Polymer Composite) solid plain flush door shutter of 30mm size comprising of virgin polymer of K value 58-60 (Suspension Grade), calcium carbonate and natural fibers (wood powder/ rice husk/wheat husk) and non toxic additives (maximum toxicity index of 12 for 100 gms) having minimum density of 650 kg/cum and screw withdrawal strength of 1800 N (Face) & 900 N (Edge), minimum compressive strength 50 N/mm2, modulus of elasticity 850 N/mm2 and resistance to spread of flame of Class A category with property of being termite/borer proof, water/moisture proof and fire retardant and fixing with stainless steel butt hinges of required size with necessary full body threaded star headed counter sunk S.S screws, all as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. Note: stainless steel butt hinges and necessary S S screws shall be paid separately)

S&F in repairs steel rolling shutters thickness of laths in 1mm, without ball bearing as specified including top cover, anchoring rod, hasp and staple and one shop coat of primer erected in position as indicated complete gear operated type with bevel gear box and crank handle

M&L for sub main wiring drawing through PVC conduit with Wiring alongwith earth wire size 2x2.5 sq. mm +1 x1.5 sq. mm earth wire of FRLS is PVC insulated copper conductor, single core cable in surface/recessed as required .Note:-Two run of 2.5 sqmm wire and One run of 1.5 sqmm wire and One run of PVC conduit will be measured as one running meter.

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 M in width and 1.5 M in deep for laying of pipes and getting out in Soft / loose Soil complete as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Returning, filling including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25cm in soft/soil complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Removing excavated material n. exc. 50 M away and depositing where directed at a level n. exc. 1.5 M above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying factory cast, unreinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made embossed the mark “LT CABLE” class LV type1 flat size 250x150x40 mm laid in trenches as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm x 600mm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 m deep below normal ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to galvanized earth lead wire of 4 mm dia (up to 7.5 m in length from earth plate ) by means of bolts and nuts checknuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as specified and shown in electrical plate no.3 of SSR part I including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil PCC 1:3:6 type C1 chamber with RCC 1:2:4 type B1 40 mm thick cover with MS rod 8mm dia at 150mm c/c in both ways as reinforcement, watering funnel, 20 mm dia light grade for protection of earth electrode, 20 mm dia GI pipe light grade for watering complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in charge and tested on completion. Note : The rate is ilnclusive of necessary earth work, RFR and removal etc

Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5m wide and not exc 1.5m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying of cable trenches all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

All as per item No.22 Herein before but in hard dense soil

Returning filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layer not exc 25cm all as specified.

Removal of surplus soil (excavated soil) to distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5m above the starting point and all specified.
