Plain Cement concrete 1:4:8 [one cement, four M-sand and eight course aggregates] using 40mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly including dewatering if found necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick and compacted etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying and erecting centering for soffits of plane surfaces like RCC Slabs, Lintels, Sunshades, Square Columns, Staircase waists, Beams etc., including strutting 3m high using mild steel sheets of size 90cm x 60cm and BG 10 stiffened with M.S angles of size 25mm x 25mm x 3mm laid over silver Oak (C.W) joists of size 10cm x 6.5cm (spaced at about 90cm c/c) and supported by casurina props of 10cm to 13cm dia (spaced of 75cm c/c) etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Supplying, fabricating and placing in position of Steel Reinforcement using Mild Steel or Ribbed Tor steel bars for reinforcement to all RCC works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire also in all floors etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Reinforced cement concrete 1:1½:3 [one cement, one and half M-Sand and three course aggregates] using 20mm size Hard Broken/Machine crushed Granite Stone Jelly for all RCC items of works excluding centering, shuttering and cost of reinforcement, including curing, fixing fan clamp and fixtures if necessary etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Ceiling Plastering with cement mortar 1:3 mix (one cement three P-sand), 10mm thick in all floors for RCC slabs, Beams, Sunshades including packing, providing cement mortar beading for sunshades, staircase steps, landing slabs etc., as directed by the departmental officers etc., complete complying with standard specifications.

Fly Ash Brick work In CM 1:5 mix using best Fly Ash Bricks of size 230 x 110 x 70mm including finishing, curing etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:5 mix (one cement five P-sand), 12mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Plastering with cement mortar 1:4 mix (one cement four P-sand), 20mm thick in all floors using clean screened M-Sand and including cost of curing for fifteen days from the completion of the work and surface should free from undulations and including the cost of preparing the surface for plastering and protecting from other damages till setting of mortar etc., complete complying with standard specification.

White washing one coat with freshly burnt white shell lime in all floors including cost of lime, blue powder, fevicol type gum, brushes, scaffolding charges etc., complete complying with standard specification.

Painting two coats with ready mixed Plastic Emulsion paint (weather proof) of approved quality and colour over a priming coat, including thorough scraping, clean removal of dirt and including necessary plaster of paris, putty wherever required etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Hydro Geological survey charges Which gives the guarantee of minimum safe yield of one inch (8.65 LPM) etc., complete

Drilling of 150mm Vertical bores in hard rock areas to the required depth as directed by Departmental officers including labour charges for inserting cassing pipe assembling in the drilled holes including welding the jointing if neccesssary grouting the cassing pipe etc., and including transportation charges for the rig and supporting vechiles from one place to another.

Supply and delivery of clear water vertical wet type 5 HP submersible pumpset suitable for 150mm dia borewell conforming to IS 8034/2002 as amended thereafter and BEE 3 Star Rated capable of discharging noted 50x175 LPM against head of water column due to all causes. The pump shall be with stainless steel shaft and dynamically balanced bronze or Cast SS impeller, brass screws and CI FG 200 grade pump bowl/diffuser with ISI mark. The pump shall be directly coupled to a continous rated two pole suitable wet type vertical squirrel cage induction motor as per IS9283 /1995 as amended there after, suitable for operation in AC three phase 415 V+/- 10 %, 50 HZ +/- 5 %

Supply of 3.00 x 4.00Sq.mm Flat Submersible Cabel of ISI / IS make etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and Delivery of 65 mm dia UPVC. Pipes with ISI specification as directed by the departmental officers including cost and conveyance the same to the departmental store etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Labour charges for the erection of 5 HP submersible pumpset in borewell/openwell including fixing and jointing submersible cable with proper clamps upto the starter to required depth and also fixing of riser pipes to the required depth valves erection clamps, pressure gauges upto the exterior wall of pump room and erection of panel board consisting of TPICN switches starter, Voltmeter, Ammeter, three pilot (indicating) lamps capacitor single phasing preventor, water level guard and laying and jointing the cables and twin earthing as per IE rules etc., complete and testing the pumpset and trail run for 10 days.

Supply and fixing of 16A TPN metal clad switch on suitable angle iron frame work with MS cable entry boxes with earth connection only (SD 146)

Supply and run of 4 of 4 sq.mm. (56 / 0.3) PVC insulated SC unsheathed copper conductor of 1100V grade on 7 /20 GI bearer wire for service connection mains (SD 67)
