Arrangement of all safety equipment for the protection of staff to work in filter house.

Dismantling of old non workable blower and motor with worn out base frame from the foundation after cutting of all nut bolts and all support and shifting the same another place with the help of manual labour and chain pulley block.

Supply of Air blower sets mounted on common MS base frame complete with all accessories, the Air blower sets should have the board specification as Air blower: - model 713 AC/TWIN-LOBE, temperature 40C, inlet pressure- atmospheric, specific gravity -1, Differential pressure- 5, PSIG, discharge pressure- 5 PSIG, capacity at suction condition – 847 CFM, Drive –v belt, Speed – 1176 RPM, Discharge temperature – 75 C, Inlet/ Outlet Diameter 125mm lb. Gears: - 353/815 M 17 (hardened and ground) Bearing: - SKF, Accessories: - Common Base frame, suction filter, Safety valve, V belt, V- belt guard, suction silencer, Discharge silencer, Pressure gauge, all fixing nut- bolts, Drive and Driven pulleys, set of foundation bolts or as per manufacturer design of above specification. Providing of Pressure Gauge with isolation valve, socket & zig-zag type syphon existing blowers.

Providing of new motor for new blower, Motor rating: - 22 KW/30 HP, RPM- 1470, Voltage – 415, Type: - Induction motor squirrel case Motor make: Crompton/Kirloskar/ABB/ DJB Approved.

Providing and fixing of 25mmx3.5core copper cable from blower to panel including MCB, contactor relay, indicator etc as per job requirement.

Supply of nut bolts with washer.

Supply of rubber packing.

Making new RCC foundation of size long 64” x width 40” x height 10” by required civil material and MS bar work includes providing and fixing of MS angle and grouting of foundation nut- bolts of heavy duty 6 nos.

Breaking of old damaged RCC foundation by using of electric hammer machine and taking out the broken civil material from filter house as per direction of in-charge.
