Supplying and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polypropylene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.6 kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished reinforced with non woven polyester matt laying over a coat of bituminous primer @ 0.40 Ltr / Sqm and two coats of Bitumen based UV reflective paint with aluminium finish over APP membrane. Make- Nitozinc primer of FOSROC or equivalents chemical given in approved make list of PS.

Material and labour for introducing new reinforcement bars upto 12 mm dia for structural connection in RCC beams, columns, lintel and slabs including power drilling holes of appropriate diameters in reinforced or plain cement concrete to a minimum depth of 150mm and upto 200mm including power drilling,fixing the reinforcement in position using epoxy, cleaning of loose dust by blowing air, sealing with epoxy cartridges etc all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repairs of Stainless steel wire cloth, 0.43 mm nominal dia of wire and avergae width of aperture 1.00 mm and fixed with stainless steel wire staples complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fixing in repair of Glazing with figure glass 4 mm(minmum) thick ordinary quality with oil putty in square exceeding 0.5 Sqm in each pane and including hakingout old broken glass complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for preparation of old steel surface and applying one coats of synthetic enamel paint on old steel and iron surfaces of any description over exceeding 10 cm in width or girth complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of tinted glass with sheet glass 4 mm thick , pin head type and glazing in squares exc 0.5 sq. M in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.
