THE DISTRIBUTOR WILL BEREQUIRED TO HANDOVE ALL INVOICES, MODVATDOCUMENT TO DIRECT CUSTOMER IF REQUIRED. HPCLWILL BE LIABLE TO PAY THE DISTRIBUTOR, THE COSTOF SERVICE OF ANSPORTATION AND HANDLING CHARGEOF THE CYLINDER. THE SAME SHALL BE RECOVEREDTHROUGH INVOICES RAISED ON THE BUYER.
