M&L for taking down carefully the existing copper point wiring of any size and type by disconnecting from the either terminals complete with switches, sockets, celing rose, regulators, bell etc by unscrewing and removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody for re-use of for taking credit and making good to disturb surfaces of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge. Note : (i) Old dismanteled wiring and accessories (other than reuse) will be contractors property and credit will becharge.d against schedule of credit.

M&L for taking down carefully by unscrewing from boards/ outlet boxes fittings and fixture such as, LED bulk head fitting, LED tubelight fitting etc. For re-use at site or carrying to the store (serviceable fitting shall be use) all as specified and as directed by Engr-in charge.

M&L for taking down old serviceable/ unserviceable MCB DB any type/ size etc after disconnecting (serviceable DBs/ MCBs shall be reuse) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one way switch 5Amp with 1.5sqmm single core multi stranded copper conductor FRLS insulated and unsheathered heavy duty cable in colour code including continous earth wire with cable of size 1.5sqmm copper conductor flexible FRLS insulated drawn into and includig concealed PVC rigid conduit of not less than 20mm dia and 1.5mm wall thickness ISI marked terminated into annealed steel terminal boxed including 3.00mm thick hylam brand IS-2036 marked, laminated sheet cover for mounting switches, fan regulators etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in charge.

Supply and lay in replacement XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip, or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 10sqmm 2core in trenches/ floor/ pole/ GI Pipe complete including cutting/ chasing to any surface and making good to the disturbed surface to match the following complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for removing excavated materil n.exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L for dry sand cushioning to under ground cables provided with a layer of sand 8cm deep before laying the cable 15cm deoth after laying cable & stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay brick class 'B' covering as mechanical protection to cable with well burnt complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

M&L GI tubing light grade with all fitting and fixed in wall and floor or fixed to pole of size 40mm dia complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.

Taking down ceiling fans of any type and size after disconnecting from existing ceiling rose to connector and clamp hooks and transportation to work shop, clearing externally, dismantling and examing the rotor, startor, bearings, bushes, winding etc for serviceability and repairing/ replacing the defective parts subsequently oiling, greasing, assembling testing for proper functioing, checking for safety and proper locking, transporting back to building/ site of work shop, hanging and connecting the electrical connections, testing for noise free smooth running etc as directed by Engineer-in charge.

Taking down exhaust/wall mounted fans of any type and size after disconnecting the connections from existing ceiling rose to connector and transportation to work shop, cleaning externally, dismantling and examining the rotor, stator, bearings/bushes, winding etc for serviceability and repairing/replacing the defective parts subsequently Oiling, greasing assembling, testing for proper functioning, checking for safety security and proper locking, transporting back to building/site from work shop, hanging/fixing and connecting the electrical connections, testing for noise free smooth running etc; as directed by Engineer -in-Charge. (Note for Item No. 106 & 107 : (i) Work for repair/replacement of parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items. (ii) Minimum one technician and one helper with all type of tools and plants/Vehicle should report to E&M yard at 08.30 hrs in all working days & sundays/holidays in case of emergency for repair of any type of fan including taking down/hanging/fixing of fans. (iii) Repair work will be carried out at workshop (E&M yard complaint Cell) and repair works of fans should be completed and refixed the same with in 24 hrs after receipt of complaint. If the contactor found fail to do complaint, an amount of Rs. 50 for each complaint will be deduct from the RAR bill.

M & L for servising/oiling, greasing and overhauling of ceiling fans of any size/type at site by using appropriate grade of oil/ Grease and replacing deffective parts such as bush, bearing, split pin, rubber bush, hanging clamp, cpacitor including cleaning dust and removing old grease from fan motor bearing and applying new grease including reassembling for fixing the same complete all as specified and directed. Note: Unserviceable item shall be the property of contractor as schedule of credit

All as per item No. 108 above but for exhaust fan 150mm to 450 mm sweep any type.

Taking out defective/burnt out windings of ceiling fans of various makes from Govt Married Accn /OTM Accn of all station units under GE (North) AOR, of size 1200 mm sweep from working on 220-240 volt, 50Hz single phase AC supply and rewinding with supper enamelled new copper wire of appropriate gauge including varnishing with good quality varnish' baking up, reassembling the fan, testing including replacement of connector, flexible wire of size 23/0.0040 three core up to one metre all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

(ii) Transport cost for carry out Geysers from site of work to workshop & vice versa shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. (iii) Minimum two technician ( One Electrician and One Plumber) and one helper with all types of tools and plants/veh etc. should report to E&M yard at 08.30 hrs in all working days & Sundays/holidays for repair of geyser including taking down/ fixing of same. (iv) Repair works will be carried out at workshop E&M yard. (v) Repair works of geyser should completed and re-fixed the same with in 24 hrs after receipt of complaint slip. If the contactor found fail to do complaint, an amount of Rs. 100 for each complaint will be deduct from the RAR bill. (vi) Electrician with helper along with T&P and Ladder will be provided by the contractor for repairing & servicing for day to day complaints in PB Enlcve, Ashok Vihar, Old Medical Complex, CHNC and complete OTM Accn/Md Accn under this AOR.

S&F in replacement heating element of any size and any shape of capacity 1500 watt for electric water heater and make and any modal and making all electrical connection as per site requirement complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in charge.
