Demolition of un-reinforced cement Concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided, roof kerb, roof padding concrete etc for complete all as specified and directed.

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping clean and washing down with water to remove dust, etc and brushing neat cement slurry with 3 kg of cement per sqm on floor complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 40 mm thick (average thickness), plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in levelling/padding course with proper slope complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for Plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-0, (using 12.5 mm graded stone aggregate) as in roof kerbs or mud stops, rounded or chamfered on edges in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, cast in situ including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces over roof and finished the surfaces mixed with water proofing compound as per manufacturer's instructions complete all as specified and directed. (Note: WPC shall be measured and paid seperately)

Supply only integral water proofing compound (ISI marked) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for provide and laying 4 mm thick APP modified prefabricated polymeric membrane weighing not less than 4.5 Kg/Sqm, reinforced with non woven polyster matt black finished weighing not less than 100 gm/Sqm having softening point not less than 140 degree centrigrade, longitudinal tensile strength not less than 300 N/Sqcm, side lap & end lap 10cm with torch application of membrane over compatible primer @ 0.40 Ltr/Sqm and finished with bitumenous aluminium paint applied @ 0.10 Ltr/Sqm complete all as specified and as directed by the Engr-in-Charge (Note: (i) Water proofing treatment shall be carried out through an authorised applicator/authorised specialist agency of the manufacturer, who shall further have to rectify any defects (if any) at a later stage (ii) The water proofing treatment work shall have 10 years of guarantee period from the date of completion of work and the contractor has to submit certificate for the same)

Taking down eaves gutters and rainwater/soil/waste pipes (any size or pattern), including all fittings, heads, shoes, bends, swan-necks, etc., including removal to Store (measured overall as fixed along the centre line over fittings and accessories) complete all as specified and directed

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR), Soil, waste and rainwater drainange pipes, single socketed, in any length with rubber ring joints, fixed to wall, etc with all necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F 110 mm bore, PVC (SWR) bends of any radius complete all as specified and directed.
