(a) Supply and fix in repairs legs of of size 485mm x 100mm, Almirah Large steel and providing new by welding made out of 1mm thick MS Sheet duly welded including preparation of surface into required shape and finishings for almirah large steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in repairs locking device including replacement of brass 6 lever locks Make-Godrej iron body with duplicate keys chromium plated to Almirah large steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Supply and fix in repairs Stainless steel handle of size 150 mm grip length with both sides screwed to Almirah large steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Supply and fix in repairs to door as specified including replacement of hinges of size 75mm long and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(e) Supply and fix in repairs shelves of size 920mm x 430mm for Almirah Large steel with MS sheet CRC 1.25 mm thick bent to shape including welding to the almirahs, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Supply and fix in repair MS Clamp of size 75mm for proper fixing & readjustment of shelves of Almirah Large steel with shelves as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(g) Supply and fix in repairs to existing shelf including welding, refixing

(h) Material and labour for welding of broken joints of Almirah steel large with shelves continuously 50mm to 75mm long for smooth finish through gas welding including preparation of surface and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with the existing shade etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Almirah Medium / Small Steel : FD-243 FD-1032, FD-1034

(a) Supply and fix in repairs legs of size 440mmx100mm, Almirah Medium/Small steel and providing new by welding made out of 18 gauge MS Sheet into required shape for almirah medium/small steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in repairs locking device including replacement of brass 6 lever locks Make:-Godrej iron body with duplicate keys chromium plated to Almirah Medium/Small steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Supply and fix in repairs Stainless steel handle of size 150 mm grip length with both sides screwed to Almirah Medium/Small steel, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Supply and fix in repairs to door as specified including replacement of hinges of size 75mm long and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(e) Supply and fix in repairs shelves of size 765mm x 440mm for Almirah Medium/Small steel with MS sheet CRC 1.25mm thick bent to shape including welding to the almirahs, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Supply and fix in repairs to existing shelf including welding, refixing

(g) Material and labour for welding of broken joints of Almirah Medium/Small steel continuously 50mm to 75mm long for smooth finish through gas welding including preparation of surface and applying two coat of Synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with the existing shade etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Locker Bed Side Steel FD-257, FD-1029,CE/SK/619

(a) Supply and fix in repair to leg of size 440mmx 100mm made out of 18 gauge MS Sheet complete including preparation of surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with existing shade etc complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in repair to MS butt Hinges 75mm long all as shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(c) Supply and fix in repair to Stainless steel Handle 100mm long all as shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(d) Supply and fix in repair to Chromium plated Hasp & Staple of size 75mmx40mmx3mm all as shown on Drg and as directed by Engr-in-charge

(e) Supply and fix in repairs to unserviceable drawers of size 500mmx 350mm lockers steel CE/SK/619 and supply and fixing of new drawers made of 20gauge MS sheet and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with the existing shade etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

(f) Material and labour for welding of broken joints of Locker Steel including preparation of surface & applying two coats of smoke gray/Olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Table Office Officer Steel : FD-84/ 1003

(a) Supply and fix in repairs drawers of size 610mmx310mmx140mm made of 20 gauge MS Sheet duly finished with standard workmanship for Table Office Officers Steel including preparation of surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer to match with existing shade etc complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in repairs top of 1370mmx760mm Table office officer steel top with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved make one side teak facing and balancing white on other side all the four edges provided with 4mm thick first class teak wood beading, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Supply and fix MS Lock (6 liver brass levers) Make:-Godrej with duplicate keys for drawers, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Material and labour for repair including welding and replacement of heavy duty spring with new as per existing locking device to make functional for smoothly play of drawers in its original position, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Leg Made out of square pipe 25mm square pipe having wall thickness 1.6mm including preparation of surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over two coats of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Hard Rubber/PVC toe of superior quality as approved & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Table Office Clerk Steel : FD-84 / 381 FD-1004

(a) Supply and fix in repairs drawers of size 610mmx310mmx140mm made of 20 gauge MS Sheet duly finished with standard workmanship for Table Office Clerk Steel including preparation of surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with existing shade etc complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in repairs top of 1200mm x600mm Table office clerk steel top with 18mm thick prelaminated particle board exterior grade of approved make one side teak facing and balancing white on other side all the four edges provided with 4mm thick first class teak wood beading, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Supply and fix MS Lock (6 liver brass levers) Make:-Godrej with duplicate keys for drawers, as per approved sample & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

(d) Material and labour for repair including welding and replacement of heavy duty spring with new as per existing locking device to make functional for smoothly play of drawers in its original position, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Supply and fix in repair to leg of 750mm long Made out of square pipe 25mm square pipe having wall thickness 1.6mm including preparation of surface & applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over two coats of red oxide primer to match with existing shade etc to match with existing shade etc complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Supply and fix to Hard Rubber/PVC toe of superior quality as approved & as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Table Dining ORs : FD-165 (M)

(a) Material and labour in repair to leg 4x1x741 = 2.964 made out of 25mm square pipe having wall thickness 1.6mm complete including preparation of surface & applying two coats of black/olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer to match with existing shade etc complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Material and labour for welding of broken joints of Table Dining OR's including preparation of surface and applying two coat of black/olive green synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Supply and fix Top of size 2x1x490 = 0.950 the table dining OR,s made out of 19mm thick Marine plywood confirmed to IS-710 Make:-Greenply/Kitply of approved make complete with 22 gauge aluminium sheet of top, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Supply and fix Hard rubber toes of superior quality as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Chair revolving high back/low back/executive/computer with arm/without arm [Spl/MAP or similar]

(a) Supply and fix in repairs of maintenance free Gas lift for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in repairs of Padestal assy. Injection moulded in black 30% glass filled nylon , 50mm MS castor pin is of press fitted to each prong for holding the castor, for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(c) Supply and fix in repairs of twin wheel castors for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(d) Supply and fix in repairs of PU seat & back duly upholstered with best quality Acrylic/polyester fabric complete for all type of chairs revolving rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(e) Supply and fix in repairs of handles of chair revolving made of black integral skin polyurethane reinforced with MS insert scratch proof complete for all type of chairs revolving with arm rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Charpoy GI pipe Nylon Newar [FD-220 or Similar]

(a) Supply and fix in repairs 32mm dia ISI medium grade of approved make, long rail of size 1200mm long for GI Chapoy pipe including removing unserviceable long rail, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(b) Making short rail of size 900mm long for GI Charpoy obtained from item No.8.1 (a) here-in-before cut in to length and threading including removing of existing unserviceable short rails all as specified and directed.

(c) Making leg for GI charpoy from short rail obtained from item No. 8.1 (a) here-in-before end threading other end provided with MNF clamp suitable for 19mm dia conduit pipe 3mm base plate welded at bottom and fixed in repairs as required as per drg.

(d) Supply and fix in repairs MS Check nuts of size 32mm , rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. MS Check nut as per drg.

(e) Supply and fix in repairs GI Elbow 32 mm dia three way medium grade, rest all as shown on drg and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

(f) Removing existing unserviceable / old tape newar nylon from charpoy GI/IP, all are of MES pattern and cleaning the frames and retaping with approved Ist quality white newar tape nylon Make:-Primer/Binny of size 50 to 55mm wide including tightening of loose components all as per drawing and as directed by Engr-in-charge. (Weight of tape newar nylon shall not be less than 1.50kg per charpoy)

Chair Verandah [FD-229 or similar]

(a) Removal of unserviceable cane from Chair verandah, scraping existing paint from frame with sand paper and Material and labour for recaning for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint colour in white and Material and labour for recaning with white plastic cane 4mm wide, including replacing of hard rubber toes etc complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge

Chair ornate supreme [TP]

(a) Material and labour for taking down the old unserviceable seat of chair ornate supreme and Supply and fix seat with 4 Nos nuts & bolts as per existing. The quality & shade/colour of the cover of seat should match with the existing shade/colour as approved & directed by Engr-in-Charge

(b) Material and labour for taking down the old unserviceable back of chair ornate supreme and Supply and fix new back with 4 Nos nut & bolt as per existing. The quality & shade/colour as approved & directed by Engr-in-Charge

Chair CB Steel with Arm/Without Arm [FD-75(M)]

Material and labour for taking down the following old unserviceable damaged parts of Chair CB Steel and supply & fixing new parts to make functional all as shown on drawing and as directed by Engineer-in-charge:- FD-75

(a) Supply and fix in Replacement of seat frame (wooden) of Chair CB Steel with arms duly caned, including painting the frame with black synthetic enamel paint of two coats over a coat of wood primer, complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.

(b) Supply and fix in Replacement of back frame (wooden) of Chair CB Steel with arms duly caned, including painting the frame with black synthetic enamel paint of two coats over a coat of wood primer, complete all as per drawing and as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
