Ploughing the existing ground to a depth of 15 cm to 25 cm and watering the same.

Rough dressing the trenched ground including breaking clods.

Fine dressing of the ground.

Preparation of beds for hedging and shrubbery by excavating 60 cm deep and trenching the excavated base to a further depth of 30 cm, refilling the excavated earth after breaking clods and mixing with sludge or manure in the ratio of 8:1 (8 parts of stacked volume of earth after reduction by 20% : one part of stacked volume of sludge or manure after reduction by 8%), flooding with water, filling with earth if necessary, watering and finally fine dressing, leveling etc. including stacking and disposal of materials declared unserviceable and surplus earth by spreading and leveling as directed, within a lead of 50 m, lift up to 1.5 m complete (cost of sludge, manure or extra earth to be paid for separately).

Supply and Stacking of good earth at site including royalty and carriage with all lead and lift. (Good earth measured in stacks will be reduced by 20 % for payment)

Supplying and Stacking of Jamuna sand i/c royalty carriage and loading, unloading for all lead and lift at site.

Spreading of sludge, dump manure and/or good earth in required thicknessas per direction of officer-in-charge (cost of sludge, dump manure and/ or good earth to be paid separately).

Excavating, supplying and filling of local earth (including royalty) by mechanical transport upto a lead of 5km also including ramming and watering of the earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in trenches, plinth, sides of foundation etc. complete.

Preparation of mounds of various size and shape by available excavated / supplied earth in layers not exceeding 20 cm in depth, breaking clods, watering of each layer, dressing etc., lead upto 50 meter and lift upto 1.5 m complete as per direction of Officer-in-charge.

Supply of chemical fertilizer Neem coated urea in 45 Kg packing at site.

Supply and stacking of shrub plants at site (Provided by department)

Supply and stacking of hedge plants at site.

Plantation of Trees, Shrubs, and Hedge at site i/c watering and removal of unsaverieable material’s as per direction of officer in charge (excluding cast of plant & water ) (a)Shrubs Plant

Supplying chemical emulsion in sealed containers including delivery as specified. Chlorpyriphos emulsifiable concentrate of 20%

S/o Neem Oil cake at site.( In 40 kg. packing)

Hiring of J.C.B/Hydraulic excavator (3-D) with driver, fuel and helper etc. for cleaning of wild growth, removal of building rubbish, debris industrial waste and refuse etc. as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Supply of galvanised steel barbed wire.

Providing and fixing of Tuflex Garden fencing Hexagonal net/or equivalent of green colour having contents ( Weight grams/sqm. 510 (+/- 8%)) in width of 60 cm. with bamboo of 90 cm. length. The bamboo should be painted with green colour paint of approved brand and manufacture (two or more coats) and fixed 30 cm. below ground level and 60 cm. above ground level at a distance of 1.50 mtrs. The net and bamboo should be binded with 2 mm. G.I. Wire at three places properly as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Removal of garden waste by TATA 407 or equivalent including loading/ unloading and carriage upto 1 km lead,complete disposal upto designated place as per direction of officer-in-charge .
