Maintenance of Staff Quarters at Sector 10A, Gurugram Sh- Repair to Damaged glass panes, wire mech, leakage removal and finishing in Type III Qtr No. 14 and 2

Repairs to plaster of thickness 12mm to 20mm in patches of area 2.5 sq. metres and under including cutting the patch in proper shape and preparing and plastering the surface of the walls complete including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead: (a) With cement mortar 1:4(1cement:4fine sand)

Removing dry or oil bound distemper, water proofing cement paint and the like by scrapping, sand papering and preparing the surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches etc. complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Distempering with 1st quality acrylic distember (Ready mix) having VOC content less than 50 grams/ litre of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade : : (a) Old work (one or more coats)

(b) New work (two or more coats)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shade : (a) One or more coats on old work

Chipping of unsound weak concrete material from beams, columns etc. with power/hand driven chisel as directed by engineer-in-charge up to 50 mm average depth including disposal of debris for all leads and lifts beyond building premises.

Providing and laying plain concrete/R.C.C over prepared surface of RCC members with cement concrete 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand :3 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size) of average thickness 40 mm including the cost of plastering, centering,shuttering and curing etc. all complete as per direction of Engineerin-Charge.

Taking out existing wooden door shutter, repair by cutting, etc. and refixing of repaired door shutters to existing door frames, including replacement of hinges with screws, etc. as required, all complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge.

Renewing glass panes, with putty and nails wherever necessary including racking out the old putty: (a) Float glass panes of nominal thickness 4 mm (weight not less than 10kg/sqm)

Providing and fixing fly proof galvanized M.S wire gauge to door, windows and clerestory windows using galvanized M.S wire gauge with average width of aperture 1.4mm in both directions with wire of dia meter 0.63mm with nails and murrandy wood beading wherever required including dismantling of old unserviceable wire gauge all complete (Area opening for panel inserts excluding portion inside grove/rebate).

Providing and laying rectified Glazed Ceramic floor tiles of size 300x300 mm or more (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except White, Ivory, Grey, Fume Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick Cement Mortar 1:4 (1 Cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matching pigments etc., complete
