Demolition and breaking up 75mm/110mm dia drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, AC or Reinforced concrete, PVC, CI etc.) set in cement mortar/chemical etc., complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of brickwork, concrete masony work or stone/boulder masonry work, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars, etc., but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles complete all as specified & directed.

Dismantling of wall or floor hearth tiling including cement mortar bedding till depth of thickness and in any position (but not backing) and removing unserviceable material complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down cement rendering/plastering till depth of thickness and of any description including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., over wall or ceiling surfaces complete in all respect as specified & directed.

Supply, hoisting and fixing of Rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tank, triple layer, ISI marked, 1000 Litre white colour (cylindrical vertical with closed top) fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I including one PTMT ball valve 25mm bore high pressure with epoxy coated aluminium rod and high density plastic ball , two nos new tank PTMT nipples 20/25mm bore dia as required including dismantling of existing water storage tank complete all as specified & directed.

M & L Applying Cement and URP based chemical of make Pidilite, Fosroc, Tapecrete as per following procedure :- (i) The surfaces shall be fully cleaned with wire brush after taking down of existing plaster and removal of APP membrane over concrete surface, cleaning with water and dry complete in all respect APPLYING OF URP BASED CHEMICAL (ii) First application : mixed in half-half portion i.e; one Kg pozollana cement and 1 liter chemical mixed thoroghly and applied over concrete surface with the help of painting brush/roller (iii) After that, one more coat shall be applied after 8 hours using solution of mix chemical one litre with one Kg of white cement. The application to be apllied till all the voids of concrete surface shall be fully filled with the solution completely. (iv) Ponding test shall be carried out for 48 hours. If leakage found, once again chemical solution be applied till leakage stopped. Note : Quoted rate is deemed to be included all above works and no extra cost is admissible.

Material and labour for disconnecting of water tank exceeding 500 litres but not exceeding 1000 litres each and keeping aside for cleaning and removing of all scale and dirt etc., from tanks, and from mouth of circulating pipes etc. including using 70gm of bleaching powder per tank, installing, re-connecting in the original position and marked on tank with white synthetic enamel paint as " tank cleaned on (DATE)_______" using stencil complete all as specified and directed

Supply and fix in repair CPVC globe or gate valves 25mm bore dia with operating arrangement, for water pipe of any material complete all as specified and directed

S & F in repairs Stainless steel kitchen utensil rack of size 785mmx915mmx250mm of thickness 0.63mm thick including provision of necessary fixing arrangement complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repairs CPVC pipes SDR 11 of 20mm nominal bore size including plain & brass threaded special fittings of same size or of reducer or enlarged size, fixed to wall/ceiling or laying in floors including necessary cutting/chases in wall/floor of any description and their making good complete all as specified and directed.

Material & Labour Preparation of new surfaces and applying two or more coats of 100% Premium acrylic emulsion paint having VOC less than 50 gm/litre and UV resistance as per IS 15489:2004, Alkali & fungal resistance, dirt resistance exterior paint of required shade (Company Depot Tinted) with silicon additives @ 1.43 litre/ 10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 Sqm over complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fixed in repairs decorative type stainless steel curtain rails 25mm dia with decorative type fixing end brackets, middle brackets , stops, rollers etc. complete all as specified & directed.

Taking down sheet metal enclosure, MCB DB incl MCBs & MCCBs from site and making good the disturbede surface of wall all as specified & directed.

Taking down old / perished submain wiring of any size aluminium conductor cable along with TW batten / PVC conduit and making good the disturbed surface of wall all as specified & directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminium point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete, including fixture and fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, pendents, regulators, sockets, light fittings etc removing materials to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit (credit for above items should be made as per conditions separately) and making good disturbed surfaces of walls, floors, etc.all as specified & directed.
