Laying and Jointing PVC Pipe. Heading

Providing and laying of 10 mm thick vitrified floor tiles of approved brand and sample in size of 600x600 mm of first quality of bell, Johnson or equi. make, shade, colour and pattern as approved by Engineer incharge laid over base cement mortar 1:4 mix including finishing the joints with white cement and to make the joints etc. including cost of all material, labour and T&P required for proper completion of the work.

Painting or varnishing new iron work in small areas or new wood work with one coat of ready mixed priming paint and one coat of approved superior quality ready mix paint "Luxol" or equivalent brand or varnish including supply of all materials, labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work. Paint to be used should conform to the I.S. 103-1950.

As in item No- 2 above but for every coat after first coat.

Applying BIRLA PUTTY or equivalent putty on previousaly bila putty smoothen surface over one cost of water base cement primer of ICI or equivalent brand for smoothining and leveling of the surface as per requirement and direction of E/I including cost of all material , labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Painting one coat with Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint (Paint and water in the ratio 1:1 by volume) over prepared and primed surface of cement concrete, cement plaster and bricks including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work, (preparation of base with Birla putty etc. and a coating of primer shall be paid extra) .

Same as above in Item No-5 but for every coat after first coat of Acrylic emulsion paint of Berger/ Asian/ ICI or equivalent paint.

Scrapping old white or colour wash or distemper including disposal of refuse as directed by the Engineer-I/C within a distance of 60 M.

Providing and fixing sun-film of Gareware or equivalent make on glass panes of door and window shutters including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing CP BRASS Angle Valve HEAVY QUALITY ( L & K and equi.) fittings, ISI mark heavy quality including supply of all materials, labour and T&P required for proper completion of work.

Supply and Fixing Roller Zebra Blind Kazage make or Equivalent with hand rail including cost of all materials,labour and T&P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Providing and fixing of PVC Wall panneling including all labour, material and T&P etc required for proper completion of the work,

Providing & fixing of Lamination both side on flush door complete(With old flush door) with all fittings(excluding cost of Door Lock & Door Closure), etc all complete all complete as per drawing, specification and direction of engineer incharge.

Providing& making & fixing of Wall Panneling as per drawing from claded with 12mm water proof & Fire Retardent ply & final surface to be finised with 5.5 mm thick MDF & 1mm Laminate complete with painted or polished as per the approved desin all complete as per drawing, specification and direction as approved by E/I .

Supply and fixing brass polished200mm Door handle set with Lock Body 1CK(NEH 06) Godrej or Equivalent make its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc. required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of brass polished hydraulic door closure of Godrej or approved make & quality its fixing and adjustment with the help of screws, nuts and bolts including supply of all labour, T & P etc required for proper completion of the work.

Supply and fixing of basin trap(Single lever tall body) Model-DRC37005B of Jaguar make or equivalent make as approved by E/I , The work includes cost of all labour, material T&P for proper completion of work .

Supply and Fixing of High Back Chair, Chrome Cushion Arms, Chrome Base, Gas lift, Leatherite Tapestry Torsion Bar Model No- GP -162 Geeken make or equvalent as approved by E/I.
