Excavation in trenches in hard/dense soil not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of cable and not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan for poles, struts, stays etc. and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified.

Returning, filling in, trenches including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm.

Removing excavated material to a distance not exc 50 mtrs and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point.

M&L for cushioning for protection of cable using dry river sand, free from particles all as specified and directed.

M&L for Protection to cable with one layer of new bricks laid flat butting to each other in such a way that the length of the bricks is at right angle to the central axis of the cable using old size sub-class ‘B’ bricks.

Dismantling/taking down of insulators of any type/size from HT/LT poles/DOs/GODs complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Taking out existing old unserbvicable/burnt gang operated switches or DO fuse assys complete all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of existing old cross arms etc made of mild steel channel, angle iron, flat iron, back plates, nuts, bolts, washers etc all as directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pin type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including one galvanised mild steel spindle, two galvanised iron washers and one galvanised iron nut, 150 mm height, 150 mm dia. for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified.

S&F Disc type insulator, porcelain, vitreous, 145 mm high and 255mm dia, ball & socket type, white, brown or green, single disc assembly for tension with tension clamps for conductors, working pressure 11000 volts complete all as specified.

Post type, HT 11 KV insulators suitable for GO/DO switch, duly tested and including making connections with proper size of thimbles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 9 here in before but 100 mm height, 65 mm dia for 1100 Volts grade.

S&F Shackle type, porcelain, vitreous, white, brown or green insulator including galvanised mild steel straps 31 x 3 mm, washers, insulator bolts and washers and nut of height 75 mm and 90 mm dia for working pressure 1100 Volts complete all as specified.

M&L for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural mild steel sections conforming to Fe-410-0 grade including necessary nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape and size as directed and including applying two coats of aluminium paint (under & finishing coats) over a coat of red oxide zinc chromate primer on exposed steel surfaces complete all as specified.

S&F Switch air break, gang operated, out door type, triple pole, HT 11000 volts, 200 Amps, vertical type with 3 insulators mounted with fixed contacts of phospor bronze and moving contacts of copper, manually operated from ground level with operating mechanism including mild steel galvanised light grade 25mm bore operating rod, pad locking arrangement, complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Drop out expulsion fuse assembly with fuse carrier, triple pole HT 11000 Volts, 200 Amps, out door type (having two Nos post insulators mounted on MS Channel for each pole ) all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of lightening arrestors Expulsion type complete with all fitting, transmission class, discharge capacity 5 kilo Amps suitable for 9000 Volts and connecting to earth wire complete all as directed including taking down the u/s bursted lightning arrestors from OH structure.

Supply and filling Transformer oil of dielectric strength not less than 40 KV, conforming to IS-335 in transformer all as specified and directed.

Dehydration/Filtration of Transformer oils of Transformer/Switch gears using oil filtration plant for removing the moisture contents and corbon deposits from the oil and bringing it to the dielectric strength not less than 40 KV all as directed.

Supply & filling silica gel inside breather assembly of trasformer all as directed.

M&L for loose filling of 40 mm graded stone aggregates in plinths of out door transformer, sub stns, panel boards yard complete all as directed.

M&L for Servicing the existing Drop out fuse assembly, of capacity 200 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Pole, including replacing worn out/ rusted nuts, bolts, clamps, washers, etc. and providing coloured sleaves for jumper connections complete.

M&L for Servicing the existing Gang operated Air Break switch, operated from ground, of capacity 200 Amps, 11 KV, 3 Pole, including greaasing, replacing worn out/ rusted nuts, bolts, washers, etc. and providing coloured sleaves for jumper connections complete.

Supply & fixing breather assembly suitable for outdoor type trasformer with silica gel including taking down u/s from the transformer all as directed.

Taking out aluminium conductor cable HT, XLPE, 11000 volts grade, of size upto 120 Sqmm 3 core from the excavated trenches, along poles/equipments etc. and keep the serviceable cable in safe custody for reuse and remove unserviceable, burnt, punctured cable from site all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/paths/drains/ducts/floors/along poles/equipments etc. Cable Under ground, cross linked poly-ethylene (XLPE) insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip armoured, electric power cables with aluminium conductor, earthed,11 KV grade, of cross sectional area 120 Sqmm x 3 core laid all as specified and directed.

Preparing old painted outer surfaces of Transformer Step down 3 Phase, 11 KV/433 Volt, including all exposed surfaces of steel items fixed with the transformer without dismantling and M&L for painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint of approved shade all as specified and directed including writing of SM/MES numbers and Capcity of Transformer all as directed for Transformer up to 150 KVA

All as per item No. 27 here-in-before but 200/250 KVA.

M&L Out door cable end jointing kit (Heat shrinkable) suitable for XLPE under ground aluminium conductor cable, 11 KV (earthed) grade, of cross sectional area 120 to 150 Sqmm 3 core. (Note: Taking out of existing cable, cutting faulty ends if required, are deemed to be included in the item rate quoted) all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing in repairs Danger notice plate for HT of size 25cm x 20 cm x 1.60 mm thick, mild steel sheet, vitreous, enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull & bones in single red colour and fixed with MS clamps, bolts of required size complete all as specified.

M&L for Repair to transformer after disconnecting in coming HT connection and out going LT cable connection, draining out the transformer oil and keep in safe custody for reuse, disconnecting the breather assembly, temperature gauge, taking out the top cover of transformer upto 250 KVA, outdoor type, 11KV/433 Volt, step down, disconnecting LT/HT winding connections from LT/HT Bushing and carefully taking out LT/HT Bushing insulator and HT/LT Brass spindle, taking out gaskets of LT/HT Bushings and transformer top cover. Refixing exisitng LT/HT Brass spindle with Bushing insulators after replacing Gaskets, View glass of conservator tank, refixing all cable connections, top cover with new gasket, breather/temp gauge, refilling transformer oil, complete all as directed. Note: Transformer oil for topup, dehydration/filtration etc work will be measured and paid separately.

Supply & fixing LT, Bushing insulator with brass spindle, nuts, check nuts & washers etc suitable for outdoor type trasformer of capacity upto 250 KVA including taking down u/s from the transformer all as directed.

Supply only Electrical Rubber hand gloves as per ISI specification for operating voltage 11 KV all as specified and directed.

Cleaning the vegetation around two/four pole structure & transformer yard, sub stn and generator rooms etc all as directed at site

Taking out old unserviceable, GI tubing of any size upto 80 mm bore from the excavated trenches, ducts, floors, along poles/ walls/ equipments, road crossing/drains/ paths etc all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Re-stringing of existing over head lines ACSR conductors of any size on existing LT/HT poles steel or PCC including replacement of aluminium binding wire of suitable size carefully without damaging conductors and insulators etc. Note : Length of individual conductor shall be considered for payment purposes.

Preparing old painted surfaces of HT 2 Pole Structure, Steel tubular poles including cross arms, back plates, bracings, all exposed surfaces of steel items fixed with the pole, without dismantling and M&L for painting with two coats of aluminium paint all as specified and directed.

Supply only tinned copper fuse wire of 18 SWG to 38 SWG (approx) in roll of 100/200/250 grms all as specified and directed.

Supply only discharge rod with clamps and cable suitable working on 11 KV line all as directed.

M&L for Repairing, overhauling, Servicing & testing of oil immersed, HT Switch fuse unit, 11 KV, upto 800 Amps, upto 350 MVA, 3 Phase, 50 Hz, AC Supply system, indoor type for trouble free operation, metal clad totally enclosed free standing floor mounted type, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying Un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class HV Type 1, flat size 300mm x 180 mm x 40 mm thick all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of existing old unserviceable/broken ACSR/Copper conductors, any size, from existing HT/ LT poles by unwinding the binding wire from insulators including disconnecting from the existing system all as directed. Note : (a) Payment for taking down of insulators shall be made for separately.

M&L for boring of holes under road/pavement /hard standing by trenchless technology using ultrasound technic with neccessary machineries including inserting GI Pipe of size upto 80 mm bore all as directed. (Note : Pipe will be measured and paid separately)

Taking out old unserviceable, burnt, punctured aluminium conductor cable from excavated trenches, ducts, land in floors, along the poles, walls road crossing etc and supply and laying in trenches/through pipes or bare in road crossings/paths/drains/ ducts/floors/along poles/walls/ ceilings/ equipments etc. Cable Under ground, Heavy duty, armoured, XLPE insulated with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts grade of following cross sectional area all as specified and directed of size 120 sqmm 3.5 core.

S&F spacers suitable for ACSR Over head conductors, PVC, of size 4 way (For 4 wire system) including taking out the U/s items from OH lines all as directed.

S&F spacers suitable for ACSR Over head conductors, PVC, of size 2 way (For 5 wire system) including taking out the U/s items from OH lines all as directed.

S&F in repairs Cradles, hexagonal/rectangular, guards fabricated with galvanised steel wire 4mm dia on HT/LT Poles complete all as specified & directed.

Trimming of tree branches resting/interupting the LT/HT OH lines, any number of conductors/length of span, cutting/clearing 2 mtrs from conductors and remove the tree branches from site all as directed. (Note : All Conductors between one pole to another pole will be measured as one span and appx length of each span is 40 RM) all as directed.

Disconnecting all cable connections and taking out u/s MCCB/MCBs any type/capacity upto 400 Amps, TP/FP/TPN, 415 Volt from Panel Boards/feeder boxes and remove from site all as directed.

Supply & Fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 250 Amps, with electronic release, 415 Volt, 36 KA, including connecting up using suitable size of lugs all as directed.

Supply & Fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 200 Amps, with electronic release, 415 Volt, 25 KA, including connecting up using suitable size of lugs all as directed.

Supply & Fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 100 Amps, 415 Volt, 16 KA including connecting up using suitable size of lugs all as directed.

Supply & Fixing MCCB, 4 Pole, 63 Amps, 415 Volt, 16 KA including connecting up using suitable size of lugs all as directed.

Supply and Fixing in repairs LT Junction box, Out door type, weather/vermin proof, made out of FRP, Pole mounted , 3 phase and neutral 100 amps current carrying capacity aluminium bus bar with colour code and insulated support, complete with the following switch gears all pre wired using PVC insulated copper conductor cable of suitable size and mounting the box on Pole using suitable size of clamps, nuts, bolts and washers, reconnecting the LT Cables complete all as directed :- (a) MCB, 415 Volt, TPN, of capacity 32 Amps- 1 No (b) MCB, SPN, 20 Amps, 10 KA - 4 Nos

Taking down u/s street light/flood light/Garden Lights fittings for use with LED lamps of capacity upto 400 watts complete with all accessories and keep the serviceable fittings in safe custody for reuse and remove the unserviceable fiitings from site.

Supply & fixing in replacement, Brackets for street light fittings made out of 40 mm bore Light grade GI pipe, 1.5 Mtr length, bend to shape, including necessary Clamps made out of MS flat iron, nuts and bolts suitable for fixing with steel tubular/PCC Poles complete all as directed.

S& F in repairs two single core PVC insulated cables 2.5 Sqmm size, 1100 Volt grade with copper conductor and drawing into street light brackets/PVC Conduits and connecting with Junction Box and Street light fittings including continuous PVC insulated copper conductor single core earth continuity conductor of size 1.5 Sqmm complete all as directed. (Note : two runs of 2.5 sqmm cable, one run of 1.5 sqmm cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one length)

S & F in repairs Weather proof street light junction box Made of FRP or MS Sheet of size 20 x 20 x 15 cm depth including MCB, SP, 6 Amps and connecting terminals 4 way including necessary Clamps made out of MS flat iron, nuts and bolts suitable for fixing with steel tubular Poles complete all as directed.

Strip open street light/flood light/Garden Light fittings for use with LED lamps of any size/capacity upto 400 Watts, dismantle and taking out unserviceable items by testing, cleaning, reassemble the fittings after replacing the unserviceable items and remounting on pole/original location complete all as directed. (Note : Items required to be replaced measured and paid separately.)
