Earth work Excavation in all soils and Sub Soil to full depth as may be directed except in hard rock requiring blasting but inclusive of shoring strutting, Sectioning the street to lay concrete pavement per SS 20 A.

Supplying and filling of conveyed earth with a lead of 1Km for basement filling including cost and coveyance of all materials to work site and all labour charges etc.

Cement concrete 1 : 4 : 8 mix using 40mm HBG metal for foundation including watering wherever necessary and laid in layers of not more than 15cm thick., compacting etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed for foundation

Brick work in CM 1:5 mix using country bricks ground moulded of size 22 x 11 x 7cm for the following including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications for etc Complete

Reinforeced Cement concrete 1:11/2:3 using 20mm ISS HBG metal for all RCC item of works excluding cost of Rein forcement and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering but including curing and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor or roof slabs

Supplying & Erecting centering for sides & soffits including necessary supports & strutting upto 3.29m height for plane surfaces in all floors with all cross bracings using mild steel sheets of size 90 x 60cm & 10 gauge stiffened, welded with steel angle etc Complete (For below GL )

Supplying and Fabricating and placing in position MS steel or Ribbed Tor Steel for all Reinforced Cement Concrete works as per the design given including cost of steel and binding wire in all floors etc, Complete complying with stanard specification for etc Complete

Plastering with CM 1:5, 12mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Plastering with CM 1:3, 10mm thick.over the cement concrete for floor finish including curing etc., complete complying with standard specifications and as directed by the departmental officers.

Exterier Emulsion painting two coats with approved emulsion paint including cost and conveyance of all materials to and all labour charges etc.complete

Supplying and painting the walls with two coats of oil bound distemper over one coat of water based cement primer including cost for distemper, primer, cleaning and scrapping the walls, rendering the walls smooth with necessary putty, brushes, scaffolding arrangements, labour charges, etc., as per standard specification. (The colour and shade of the distemper shall be got approved by the Executive Engineer before use of work).

Providing flooring using Supplying & fixing of Granite slab of 20mm thick with nosing, cutting and bedding laidover in CM 1 : 2 20mm thick
