The original Bank Guarantee should be delivered in person to the Deputy Chief Engineer/Construction-I/GKP O/o CAO/C, North Eastern Railway, Mohaddipur, Near RPF Training Centre, Gorakhpur, U.P. -273012 before closing date of submission of bids (i.e. excluding the last date of submission of bids).
