Shifting Shifting, Packing and loading of 400KV Siemens make Circuit Breakers and complete accessories with help of suitable capacity crane at 400KV S/S Azamgarh.

Safe carriage of 400KV Siemens make circuit breaker and complete accessories from 400KV S/S Azamgarh to 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau (Distance Approx. 60Km) (If any damage found recovery will be taken from contractor)

Unloading and stacking of 400KV Siemens make circuit breaker with accessories at 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau.

Dismantling of 4" dia aluminium pipe between 400KV main bus to 400KV CB along with connectors safely and proper stacking in the switchyard using experienced man power and suitable T&P at 400KV S/S Kasara,Mau for 03 Nos. Aluminum Bus for each approx. 25 Meter span.

Re-erection and laying of 4" dia aluminium pipe between 400KV Main bus to 400KV CB including cutting of pipe in suitable length, bending, shaping and brasing work for 03 Nos. Aluminium Bus for each approx 25 meter span. Connectors and Aluminium pipe required will be provided by department.

Dismantling of 400KV SF6 CB by dismantling of all three poles using suitable size crane along with dismantling of Mechanism box with compressor unit, support insulators, air pipelines, ladder support, disconnection of control cables and all other works with proper stacking.

Shifting of the 400KV SF6 CB along with all accessories, pipelines from switchyard to the departmental store of 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau including loading and unloading of the dismantled materials by crane. Vehicle and crane requied for shifting, laoding and unloading and stacking of the dismantled materials will be provided by the contractor on his own cost.

Shifting of 400KV SF-6 Gas circuit breaker along with accessories from store of 400KV S/S Kasara, Mau including loading and unloading of breakers with accessories using suitable size crane. Crane and Vehicle required for loading, unloading shifting of above breaker shall be provided by the contractor on his own cost.

Erection and commissioning of 400KV SF-6 Circuit Breaker by erection of 03 Nos. Ploe along with accessories with the help of suitable capacity Franna Crane & Hydra in the Supervision of Engineer of the M/s, Siemens Connection of control cables as per drawing for proper operation of the breaker.

Termination of all cables as per drawing interconnection of R,Y & B Poles control cables marshalling box by providing and fixing proper ferrules ties lugs in arranged manner also disconnection of control cable according in proper matching old & new breaker drawing and checking of proper operation. Writing Name of the Bay on marshalling box and Bay board in red & Balck color.

Earthing of New 420KV CB pole (R,Y,B) from earthing grid on 2 sides with 75x10mm M. S. flat and CB Marshalling Box from earthing grid 2 side with 50x6mm M.S. flat by cutting, bending, welding and painting with good quality green color synthetic enamel paint. All other works to complete the job satisfactorily (required MS flat providing by contractor).

Painting of earthing with one coat primer and two coat good quality green color synthetic enamel paint. All other works to complete the job satisfactorily( Paint will be provided by contractor at own his cost)

Testing of CB Pole contact and operation timing & DCRM by CB Analyzer Kit (Testing Kit and Operator arranged by the contractor own his cost)
