Dismantling of split air conditioning of capacity 1.5/2.0 TR complete with indoor/outdoor unit from any location of BKT Campus and deposited to MES yard and making good disturbed surfaces to match as existing complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of desert cooler ,Water cooler & refrigerator any type and capacity from any location of BKT Campus and deposited to MES yard complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installation,commissioning and testing of Hi wall split type air conditioner of capacity1.5 TR (4500 K Cal/hr ) single phase suitable for 230 V + 10 %, 50Hz AC supply complete with cordless remote control unit using Non CFC refrigerant Gas,minimum 5 star rating inverter type and energy efficient complete comprising of following unit/components :- (a) indoor unit with three speed blower fan with motor of appropriate capacity including PCB,thermostatic control,air filter and drain for condensing water (b) Outdoor unit comprising compressor ,air cooled copper condensor with fan and motor unit shall be installed outside the building / on roof (c) Refrigerant copper pipe for suction and discharge line with proper insulation ,condensing water drain pipe & protected by suitable size of flexible PVC conduit with control valves & safty accessories including control wiring for evaporator & condensing Unit with suitable size of copper cable complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (i). Cutting holes in walls/window of any thickness for installation of AC etc, connection and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface after work shall be done and rate is included in above rate . (ii) Electrical cable required to connect outdoor unit wih indore unit and indore unit to voltage stabilizer is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (iii) Powder coated MS bracket for fixing out door unit in wall or rooftop with necessary grouting and MS hold fast ,bolts etc is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. .

Ditto all as per item No 3 but for 2 TR(6000 K cal/hr) with minimum 3 star rating complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and installation and testing window type Air conditioner complete with cordless remote control unit using Non CFC refrigerant Gas ecofreindely with minimum 5 star rating inverter type and energy efficient of capacity 1.5 TR (4500 K cal/hr) consisting of compressor, evaporator coil,copper condensor coil, candensor fan with motor and , PCB for better air flow complete all as specified and directed. Note :- . (i) Electrical cable required for connection to voltage stabilizer with power supply point is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) drain piping is is deemed to be included in the quoted unit rate.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, leveling, watering and well ramming in layers of 25 cm thick after the cables etc. are laid, jointed and tested complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying sand cushioning for cable protection in trenches 8cm before laying cable and 15 cm deep over the cable complete all as specified and directed

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks, locally best available laid in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for drilling suitable dia horizontal bore holes for insertion/ laying of upto 100mm bore GI tubing of any description below/under existing road surfaces / apron /floors etc with using mechanical and / or manual devices as required at site including making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing streta after laying pipes complete all as specified and directed.

S&F light grade galvanized iron pipe 80 mm bore confirming to IS : 1239 with all fittings fixed on walls/poles/crossing of road etc for protection of cable complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode 600mm X 600mm X 6mm buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 meter below normal ground level (with top edge of earth plate not less than 3.25 meter below ground level) connected to GI strip of size 32mmx6 mm main earthing lead by means of galvanized bolts, nuts and washers with connected to earth test point & to main switch board /panel etc. as specified and testing on completion with and including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil, earth electrode, earthing lead from electrode to equipment/substation/panel etc, adequate quantity of charcoal dust and common salt, test point, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate for earth pit with 40mm x 40mm x 6 mm mild steel angle iron frame for cover, pre cast RCC (1:2:4) type B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) 40mm thick cover reinforced with 8 mm dia TMT bars 3 Nos both way with 12mm dia round bar handle, earth pit shall be costed on PCC (1:2:4) (100mm thick of size 800mmx500mm ) including GI light grade watering pipe 20 mm dia with funnel,wire mesh all as shown in electrical plate no. 3 of SSR Part I of 2009 and 40 mm dia GI light grade pipe for earth lead protection complete all as specified and directed.
