M&L for PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation, filling and mass concrete etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) as in surface channel or drain including necessary form work complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in bed block or hold fast, filling hollow steel frames including making good dismantled portion if any complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for precast RCC, 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cover slab for manholes, drain etc with plain fair faces including chamfers, weathering and setting in cement mortar (1:4) including form work complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Reinforcement will be measured and paid seperately.

All as per item No 28 here in before but except bricks. Note: Old serviceable bricks as obtained from demolition under item no. 3 here-in-before shall be reused under this item all as specified and as directed

Use and waste of formwork to sides of concrete foundations, footing, bases of columns, plinth beams for rough finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides of pillars, posts, struts, piers, columns and stanchions for fair finished surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

Use and waste of formwork to sides and soffits of floor or roof beams, beams haunchings, girders, bressumers, lintels, cantilevers, shelves including supports overhangs etc also splays between floors and beams etc. for fair finished flat surfaces of concrete complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F pressed steel window fabricated out of cold reduced low carbon steel sheet of designation CR2, grade D as per IS 513 :2008 including following components / specification complete all as specified and as directed. (i) Two leaf glazed shutter & two leaf gauzed shutter (mosquito proofed) with provision of 450 max fixed light window. (ii) Opening of windows exceeding 0.90 Sqm but not exceeding 2.00 Sqm. (iii) Pressed steel window frame double rebate. (iv) Guard bar of 10 mm MS Square bars @ 150 mm(maximum) C/C(vertical spacing ) throughout outer frame to outer frame. M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in path/paving/hard standing/floor including necessary form work if required and finished the concrete pavements surface even by brooming complete all as specified and as directed. M & L for coloured non skid ceramic tiles 10 mm thick (Square/rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.18 sqm but n.exc 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for glazed light coloured / printed ceramic tiles 450x350x7mm/450X300X7mm/ 350 mm x 250 mmx7mm/300 mm x 200 mmx7mm thick as in vertical surfaces such as skirting, dado etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry, pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, laid in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for vitrified ceramic tiles, light shade, 10mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in skriting dado etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match colour of tiles, over and including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18 to 20 mm thick green marble work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platform and the like including pointing in coloured cement 1:2 using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with the shade of marble work including rounding of exposed edges of marble over and including 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick black granite (of any type and colour approved by Engr-in-charge) work and like in one piece (table rubbed and polished) for wall lining (veneering to wall) 12mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:3) and pointing with white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 16 to 18 mm thick black Granite (of any type and colour approved by Engr-in-charge) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window cills, cooking platforms with 20mm thick screed bed and like in one piece including corner moulding in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20 to 25 mm thick over cement screed base, laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing over and including 20 mm thick screed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for cutting/grinding of the existing terrazzo/marble /Kota stone flooring by mechanical process using Carborundum stone of appropriate grit, cleaning and finally mirror polishing by applying wax polish complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for pre polished chequered cement concrete tiles in floor, area exc 0.06 Sqm but not exc 0.11 Sqm, 25 mm thick with white cement and pigments of approved make jointed with cement slurry and pointed with white cement mixed with colour pigment to match with the tiles over and including screed bed of 20 mm thick cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar (1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4), in two layers, under coat of 10 mm thick & top of 5 mm thick, to fair faces of brick or concrete wall surfaces, top layer 5 mm thick mixed with water proofing compound (@ 3% by weight of cement or as per manufacture's instructions), finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Water proofing compound to be measured and paid separately as "Supply only".
