Supply and fix aluminium coductor steel reinforced for overhead lines on poles including aluminium binding wire 14 SWG , jumpers , line tapes etc complete all as specifed of size as directed at site. Note :- For payment purpose weight of ACSR conductor shall be considered.

Supply and fix Pin type insulator porcelain viterous white brown or green incl one galvanised mild steel spindle two galvanised iron washer and one galvanised iron nuts 150 mm height, 150 mm dia for 11000 volts grade complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix Disc type composite polymeric insulators, 11000 volts grade, 45 KN, with tension clamps, bolts, nuts etc complete all as specified & directed.

Supply and fix MS Cross arms , bracing, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel section including nuts, bolts, washers, welding , bending, cold or hot, drilling holes or bolt in any shape or size including 2 coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Unexposed surface shall be given one coat of primer only.

Supply and fix switch Air break Gang Operated Switch outdoor type HT 11 KV triple poles 400 Amps with fixed contacts of phosphorus bronze and moving contacts of copper with mechnically operating from ground level vertical mounted complete with HT insulator on steel frame operating rod made out of 25 mm GI pipe medium grade worked from ground level with handle and locking arrangment with 12 inuslators with drop out fuses complete all as per specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge and (clamps/cross arms shall be measured and paid for separately).

Supply, lay, joint and test of Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV (E) grade cable for outdoor termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armored aluminum cable of size 95 sqm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item here-in before but of size 120 sqmm to 185 sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, lay, joint and test of Cable Jointing Kit for 11 KV grade cable for indoor type termination heat shrinkable joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for XLPE armoured aluminum cable of size 95 sqm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x60 cm x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground ,(Earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meter below normal ground level ,connected to and including galvanised iron earth lead 32X6mm by means of nut, bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel and provision of charcoal dust and common salt packed all around the earth plate including necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil and testing complete all as specified and directed and shown in electrical plate number 3 of MES SSR part-I complete with the followig:- (a) Excavation and earth work for drilling hole for electrode in any type of Soil. Supply, laying, testing and commissioning of Cable jointing kit for 11 KV (Earthed) grade cable for straight through heat shrink type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 sqmm to 120 sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

Repairs/overhauling to 11KV HT control Panels complete in and including the following repair works :- (a)Taking out 11KV High Tension VCBs/OCBs of 300Amps to 800 Amps rating trolley from High Tension control Panel after switching off electric supply.Checking of mechanical system for proper functioning of upward/downward movement of High Tension Vaccume Circuit Breakers trolley including opening the VCB & checking the quality of vacume bottles/links , & servicing the fixed/ moving contact & blowing out dust and applying the proper lubrication/ greasing and reassembling the VCB including connection to HT panel complete. (b). Taking out existing relay set from high tension of any type and size, 11KV, VCB control panel and cleaning the contact (NO+NC) by CTC solution and adjust the contact and calibration the relay by giving the primary and secondry injection and checking the tripping system by relay testing kit for over current and earth fault & proper plug setting as per reqd load & time delay and fixing the relay set in High Tension control panels complete all as specified and directed by EIC . Note:- (a) Testing of above job to be carried out by Authorized commisioning Engineer (b) spare parts to be replaced shall be measured & paid separately under the relevent items as supply only.

M& L for 40 to 50 mm thick rough dressed Jodhpur type stone slab 25 to 35 cm in width of 80 cm long laid dry abutting each other for protection to under ground cableall as specified and directed.

M & L for boring hole under the road / pavement / hard standing with the help of trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine for inserting GI pipe of size 100/80 mm not less than one metre below ground level complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : GI pipe shall be measured and paid for seperately in respective items

M & L for preperation of old painted surface of PCC HT poles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint in alternate black & white strips of 30 cm each up to 1.5 mtr height from top of PCC coping and numbering of poles complete all as specified & directed.

Disconnecting and taking down faulty / defective aluminium / copper wound transformer of capacity up to 750 KVA ratio 11 KV / 0. 433 or 0.415 KV from 2/4 pole structure or sub station in Jaisalmer/chandan air force stn and transporting & depositing to AGE E/M AF Jaisalmer or as directed by the Engr-in-charge complete all as specified and directed.

Transporting of aluminium / copper wound transformer of capacity up to 750 KVA, ratio 11 KV / 0.433 or 0.415 KV from AGE E/M (AF) Jaisalmer yard to any sub station located in Jaisalmer/Chandan and connecting the same electrically and earthing complete all as specified and directed.

Transporting faulty / defective transformer rating upto 750 KVA ratio 11 KV / 0.433 or 0.415 KV to contractor workshop from AGE E/M (AF) Jaisalmer and opening the top cover of transformer, carrying out of the followings works / repairs/maintenance and transporting back :- (a) Taking out the transformer oil from transformer into seperate container barrel. (b) Taking out the core / coil assembly of transformer. (c ) Cleaning of transformer inside by used transformer oil. (d) Re-fixing the core/coil in transformer including heating up of transformer core assembly to remove moisture after carrying out the repair as required in respective serials of Sch 'A' items. (e) Replacement the rubberised gasket set for top cover, spindles, HT / LT bushing etc. as required Note :- i) All labour costs are included in this serial. In case of replacement of LV / HV bushing / spindles / rewinding of HV / LV coils / top changer etc will be paid separately under respective serial. (ii) Filtration / centrifuging of usable transformer oil to remove moisture and suspended dust particles to be measured & paid for separately. (iii) Topping of transformer oil (if required) will paid under respective item. (f) Refilling of the removed transformer oil after heating up for removal of moisture. (g) Re-fixing of the transformer top cover with nuts, bolts and washers (h) Testing of transformer Complete.

Repairs / reconditioning of LV leg coil aluminium / copper for transformer of capacity up 750 KVA to be done only in case where only insulation is damaged and conductor strip is intact i.e. not deformed. This work will involve valve all turns of leg coil to be reconditioned removing complete insulation from conductor strip, cleaning of conductor, wrapping of conductor with fresh DPC insulation and remaking of LV leg coils with reconditioned strip for use in transformer under repairs complete all as directed by EIC.

M&L for centrifusing (Filteratin/dehydration of transformer oil including filter action using automatic centrifusing machine including arrnging elect supply for operation of machine to achieve min. 50 to 60 KV breaking capacity at 4 mm gap by absorbing and abolishing all sludge particles for use as per BS-B 66-1983 complete all as specified and directed.

Opening the top cover (in case of replacement of HT/LT spindle and bushing for arresting leakage) and taking out transformer oil as required and S&F rubberised synthetic gasket for top cover, LT terminal box, LV / HV bushings, spindles etc suitable for transformer of rating upto 750 KVA all as specified and directed. Note:- In case replacement bushing / spindle will be paid as supply only.

Repairs to tap changer switch including replacement of unserviceable parts such as bakelite sheet, connecting rod with nuts, bolts and washers, HV lead duly taped, provision of glass sleeve of required size & length including necessary welding works for transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only tap changer switch complete with handle for transformer of capacity upto 750 KVA complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting of Distribution transformer of capacity upto 50 KVA to 750 KVA with two coats of smoke synthetic enamel paint (colour/shed decided by GE) externally after necessary preparation to surfaces including numbering SM/MES No. with white paint, etc complete all as specified and directed.

Taking out the old unsv HT cable of any size after disconnecting from over head line and panel rated voltage of 11000 Volts from trenches, pole etc complete all as specified and directed. Note: excavation and earth work will be measured and paid seprately

Supply, install, testing and commissioning 33 KV oil immeresed voltage transformer for meterring and protection single phase outdoor type mounted on fabricated steel structure and fixing bolts, nuts, check nuts, washers etc complete all as directed for system rated nominal voltage 33 KV and system rated highest voltage 36 KV, 50Hz, insulation 70/170 KV, No of primary winding one, No fo secondry winding - two, ratio 33/√3/110/√3 - 110/√3 rated burden 15VA accuracy class 0.2-3P, and aaccuracy class, 5P, first filling of transformer insulation oil confirming to IS-336 and of dielectric strength 60 KV as IS-1866 and complete with all accessories in and including taking down of existing unserviceable voltage transformer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in replacement feeder pillers box factory made -out door type made out of MS sheet (CRCA) of thickness not less that 3 mm. of size 150x65x90cm with copper bus bar strip 3 Nos of size 130 cm in length 4 cm in width and 05mm in thickness suitable for 11000 volt mounted on HT porcelain insulator front opening door two leaf braced with hinged, mounted on 4 Nos of angle iron 50x50 mm duly welded with box and grouted in PCC block of size 30cmx30cmx 15cm in concrete 1: 3 : 6. Top of box MS sheet duly bent in/slope, tapper with projection of 30 mm on all side, weather/vermin proof with high quality of rubber beeding on panel door, cable entry arrangements at bottom includes earthing terminals 2 Nos at both side and painted with smoke grey stove enameled paint 2 coat over a primer coat all as directed.

Re-stretching only existing ACSR of any size on HT/ LT pole including binding the ACSR with insulators, aluminium binding wire complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) One length shall be measured for complete span of 4/5/6 conductors & GI wire.

Trimming of tree branches Clearing of LT/HT line 4 mtr all around by cutting tree branches at ground level of any numbers and any girth on any numbers of conductors/earth wire complete all as specified and directed.
