Brick Masonry work in cement mortar 1:4 in foundation complete excluding pointing and plastering as per drawing and Technical specification. including labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)

Pointing with cement mortar (1:3) on brick work in substructure as per technical specification. including labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)

Finishing walls with Acrylic Smooth exterior paint of required shade : New work (Two or more coat applied @ 1.67 ltr/10 sqm overand including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0.90 litre/10 sqm). As per DSR 13.46.1 including labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)

Earth work in excavation of foundation of structure. As per drawing and technical specification, including settling out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious matter, dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling with approved materials. As per MORTH specification No 12.01, 304 including labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying boulders apron on river bed for protection against scour with stone boulders weighing not less than 40 kg each complete as per drawing and Technical specification. As per MORTH Specification. 15.1, 2503 including labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)

Providing and laying stone boulder pitching on appron and toe laid over dry bed including boulder as per drawing and Technical specifications MoRTH Spec.2504 Sr no-15.4 including labour cess, Royalty etc. (Excluding GST)
