Extension of Single PCC Pole 8.5mtr. by 11 KV Top channel with clamping for Making Proper Height for Crossing

Fabrication of 13 mtr. Long S.T. pole by welding 3 mtr. long 5” dia M.S. pipe and flat iron 50 x 6 mm 12” long by providing M.S. pipe.

Making of Sectional T-off Pole with all fitting complete work.

Grouting of stay rods (16 x 1800) mm including all work of excavation, cement concrete in size (0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30) m in ratio 1:4:8 cement, sand, 40mm brick ballast) as per drg including back filling, proper ramming etc. Fixing tightening & nozzling of stay wire with stay rod with the poles of required tension as per drawing. The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Guarding between two poles like single poles, double poles, four poles, etc. to guard LT, 11 KV Line telephone and river crossing, road crossing etc. with G.I. wire no. 6 SWG and G.I. wire no. 8 SWG, including supply, cutting, fabrication and fixing of guarding channel 75 x 40 x 3010 mm with clamps nut & bolts etc. as per drawing.

Chopping of Heavy branches of trees of eucalyptus, Neem, Keekar and other kind of trees along the route of the line and disposal of the same at suitable place .

Laying, spreading, lifting and final sagging of 3 phases of ACSR Weasal conductor in accordance with profile and sag chart including binding, Jumpering and fixing of P.G. Clamp as per requirement in 03 Nos. conductor in parallel. The work includes carriage & handling of all materials from site store to pit site.

Laying of 11 KV "XLPE" cable by open trench method including digging of pits of size 0.5 mtr wide & 1 mtr Depth Covering of cable with sand & brick arround and Top of the cable by open trench method / HDD Machine Method as per site required as per Resspo Norms.

Laying of 11 KV XLPE cable air after providing 4" dia GI Pipe 3 Mtrs longwith clamp after mounting of 11 KV cable boxes at double pole of Cable.

Cable Jointing charges of 11 KV XLPE Cable.

Dismentling of existing 33 KV X-arm of 33 KV industrial feeder & fitting of 33 KV Side bracket on existing single poles.

Safe dismentling of existing 33 KV ACSR Dog Conducter & re-stringing after fitting of side bracket on single poles with complete work as per site required.

Safe dismentling of existing 3 phase LT ABC Cable & re-stringing/laying after fitting of clamps on existing single poles with complete work & Re-connection of consumers cable as per site required.

Shifting of 11 KV Switchgear to control room & placing in control room with grouting of bolts & mounting of switchgear pannels properly.

Electrical connection of 11 KV Switchgear pannel & fitting of Bus Bar from existing 11 KV Incoming / outgoing VCB Pannel with complete work after supply of all required materials for connecting as per site required & connecting with Battery & battery Charger & P.T with complete work.

Testing of 11 KV Switchgear pannel in all respect.
