Replacement of /repair of damaged /burnt jumpers of 33 KV line sections with fabrication of conductor etc.

Re-setting of X Arms of 33 KV lines with opening the same, re-fixing properly with MS Clamps etc.

Providing and fixing of M S Holding Clamps of 33 KV lines.

Providing and fixing of M S Bolts / Nuts off sizes.

Cartage of new 33KV/ 11 KV CT/PT unit from central store to JE store/work site.

Making free 33KV/ 11 KV CT/PT unit of (incoming/outgoing side jumpers)connections & safety dismounted the same with the help of chain pully.

Making/fixing/installation of 33KV/ 11KV CT/PT unit in right position & place with the help of chain pully manual services.

Cartage of defective 33KV/ 11 KV CT/PT unit to work site/dump site/dump site/JE store/central store.

Digging of pit approximately 12 feet deep & appox 15 feet long & 8 ft wide in pucca road at site near the corner of Shopprix Mall on the busy road with help of JCB Machine and ManuL Labour for locating the fault in 33 KV XLPE Cable including taking out of soil and placing at the near byside and filling teh same after completion of work

Taking out the 33 KV XLPE Cable safely, Cutting the damaged part of the cable, Preparation of cable ends making leads of the cable and providing and filing of 33 KV straight through cable jointing kit complete.

Preparation of cable ends making leads of the cable and providing and filling of 33 KV XLPE outdoor type cable jointing kit properly.

Opening the 33 V XLPE cable on the DP before the work and dismounting safely

Mounting the 33 KV XLPE Cable with bindng on the DP and making connection etc.

Re-sagging of loose LT /HT line spans at different sites for proper ground clearance to avoid the chances of accident and break down etc.

Opening and binding of consumer services before and after works .

Fabrication of conductor into proper size of length and making replacement of burnt, old and damaged jumpers at sections of HT/ LT lines.

Opening/ binding of bamboo separators in the LT line for its clearance.

Straightening of tilted poles at different sites of HT/ LT line as follows-.

Opening the conductor of HT/ LT line spans before the work to make the pole free.

Binding of GI ropes in the supports of HT/ LT line to avoid its falling / accidents etc.

Digging of pit of size 2.00x1.50x0.75 mtr along the poles and straightening of poles safely including back filling of soil and proper ramming etc.

Laying / re-sagging of spans of HT/ LT lines from 2/3/ 4 sides of poles including proper binding etc.

Making section on LT Line complete.

Replacement of damaged, burnt LT insulators of LT line.

Providing and Fixing of stay set with the help of GI Wire complete in all respect

Taking out the 11 KV XLPE Cable safely, Cutting the damaged part of the cable, Preparation of cable ends making leads of the cable and providing and filing of 11 KV (of size 3X240, 3x185, 3X120 etc.) straight through complete.

Cutting/Chopping of Tree Branches along the for the clearance of lines and to avoid the chances of breakdown and accident etc.
