Demolation of reinforced cement concrete for chajja slab, vertical fascia slab and other RCC membgers up to 45m height from ground level by low impact hammer without damaging the structural members carefully and disposal of all debris to out side Cabinet Sectt. building premises and dumping area as per order of Delhi Govt/Local civic body/NGT as applicable including loading, dumping and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for scrubbing down old reinforcement and applying antirust chemical of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc or equivalent make as approved by GE complete all as per manufactures instuction complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for application of anti corrosive coating epoxy primer of M/s Sika india Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc or equivalent make as approved by GE complete on the exposed reinforcement after proper mixing complere as per manufacturers specification complere all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying epoxy based bonding agent for bond between existing old concrete surface and new concrete surface of M/s Sika India Pvt Ltd or M/s Fosroc or equivalent make as approved by GE Ecomplere after proper mixing complete as per manufactures specification complere all as specified and directed.

Providing and fixing safety net up to 45 m height of required width made of high density polyethylene UV stabilized knitted on warp knitting machies at 3 layer of different stage of mesh size 25 mm and mesh rope 4mm double cord with overlay net having density 100gm/sqm and shading coefficient minimum 75% or steel wire net mesh of required size and strength around the construction site / for vertical extension as per requirement including fastening/tying with building /scaffolding other side necessary suports of pipes with any other fixtures etc. comlete all as specified and directed. Note- 1. One time payment shall be made for providing safety net from start of work till completion of work including shifting if any the scaffolding net shall be the property of the contractor on completion of the work. 2. The scaffolding and net should be installed at site before carring out demolition of fascia wall/chajja at any floor from height upto 11th floor.

M&L for rebaring or anchoring of 16 mm dia bar upto minmum 10d depth using heavy duty HILTI Re500V3 with a pre-defined ration (3:1) of resin and hardner, the chemical should have service life of more than 50 yrs and is to be tested for water tightness. The installation and setting instruction should be strictly followed as per manufacturer's recommendations Re 500V3 for rebar application must have approval for seismic, Fatigue and fire complete all as specified and directed.

S& F 75 mm thick Aerocon panel with and including 1 mm thick GI channel required for fixing of aerocon panel in superstructure upto 11th storey height complete all as specified and as directed. M&L for chipping of spalled/loose concrete of RCC columns, beams, slabs etc and the like as directed, roughening and cleaning concrete surface with steel wire brushes washed with water and allowed to dry including dderusting of cooroded reinfocement by using antirust chemical of SIKA RUSTOFF or equivalent of Fosroc as approved by GE and then applying Zinc rich epoxy primer over exposed old reinforcement of Sika or equivalent of Fosroc as approved by GE and then applying 30mm thick (avg thickness) polymer modified one component repair mortar SIKA TOP -122HS or equivalent of Fosroc over the steel welded mesh 75mmX75mmX3mm and bonding primer SIKADUR 32 LP over exposed surface and surface finished even and fair including necessary form work as required upto 11th storey of the building complete all as specified and as directed. Note: (i) Rate for steel welded mesh and all consumables (Chemicals) included in the quoted unit rate. (ii) All demolished material retrieved will be dispossed off outside the cabinet sectt permises and dumped on approved dumping area as per order of Delhi Govt/ Local civic body/NGTas applicable including loading, dumping and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster including raking out joints, hacking for key Sqm scrubbing down with water complete all as specified. Note:- All demolished material retrieved will be dispossed off outside the cabinet sectt permises and dumped on approved dumping area as per order of Delhi Govt/ Local civic body/NGTas applicable including loading, dumping and levelling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick on fair faces of brick work / blockwork or concrete surfaces in cement mortar 1:4 and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified & directed.

M&L for preparing new plastered surfaces/Aerocon panel and applying two coats of exterior emulsion paint over 3mm thick wall care putty and primer on surfaces complete all as specified & directed. Note Applicable for srl item No 1 to 21 (i) Rate included for breaking up and taking down and taking all necessary precaution of existing building and keeping down dust/debris without any nuisance. (ii) Rates included for any necessary service to carry out the work upto 11 storey of building smoothly and strictly following MES safety norms with mechanical tools, mechanical suspended platform/ scaffolding etc as required/ directed by Engineer-in-charge.
