Removal of old fills distribution headers and providing fixing and erecting of new PVC fills and PVC distribution headers at location in NDCT 4

Supply of PVC fills type C10.19, ( make M/s. MM Aqua Technologies Pvt. Ltd. (formerly Munters India Ltd.)) white in colour, 0.25mm thick, double edge folded, UV inhibited in nested sheet of different size including cost of preparation of fills in the block form by gluing / pasting by machine ,removal of existing old fills and replacing the same with newly fabricated PVC fills in NDCT at locations with suitable arrangement including cost of providing all necessary tools & tackles, man power, providing & erection / de-erection of scaffolding (approx. height up to 15 meter), shredding of old removed PVC fills, transportation of the shredded old PVC fills and to be taken out from RR Site premises by bidder for proper & safe disposal of old PVC fills. Before installation of PVC fills in NDCT, supplier shall properly install the damaged / dislocated precast RCC beams. Details are given in Note-1 & Note-2. Note: -1 a). PVC fills are supported on RCC precast beams. In the NDCT basin some of the beams observed dislocated from their position & some are in hanging position & some beams may fall down in NDCT basin during replacement of PVC fills. The number of such beams may be approximately 50 nos. Contractor may visit work side before submission of bid so that actual number of dislocated beams may be identified. b). Before installation of PVC fills in NDCT, supplier shall properly install the damaged / dislocated precast RCC beams. Note:- 2 a) Different size block of fills shall be used as per field condition. However typical dimension is provided in technical report. b) Measurement of block of fills shall be considered for payment in Cum. c) Old PVC fills shall be taken out from RR Site premises by bidder, free of cost, for proper disposal. Bidder shall be solely responsible for proper & safe disposal of old and shredded PVC fills. No extra payment is to be made for transportation, proper & safe disposal of old and shredded PVC fills. d) Shreding machine, tools and tackles, covering arrangements around the machine is to be arranged by the contractor at his own cost. e) All pieces of PVC fills shall be removed either by vaccum or sweeping around the NDCT area. f) Removed/fabricated PVC fills shall be transported directly from NDCT basin to designated shreding area and not to be stored nearby basin area.

Providing and fixing on wall face / embedded in ground 160 mm dia meter.un plasticized Rigid PVC pipe of Jain Irrigation / Finolex / Supreme as approved conforming to IS:4985 (6 Kg/Cm2) including all fittings and fixtures complete including jointing the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant as per drawings, specifications and as directed of the EIC.

Providing and fixing on wall face / embedded in ground 200 mm dia meter.un plasticized Rigid PVC pipe of Jain Irrigation / Finolex / Supreme as approved conforming to IS:4985 (6 Kg/Cm2) including all fittings and fixtures complete including jointing the pipe with solvent cement rubber ring and lubricant as per drawings, specifications and as directed of the EIC.

Providing & Fixing of PVC Coupler for connecting of 160 mm dia pipes of 6 Kg/cm2 pressure rating.

Providing & Fixing of PVC Coupler for connecting of 200 mm dia pipes of 6 Kg/cm2 pressure rating.

Providing & Fixing of PVC Reducer for connecting of 200 mm * 160mm of 6 Kg/cm2 pressure rating.

Providing and fixing stainless steel ( Grade 304) Hanger rod, Clamp, bolts, Plates etc. to support the RCC precast beam all including welding, grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete of required size on RCC Beam with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge.
