SITE CLEARANCE Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep and site clearance as cutting of vegetation /bushed/shrubs of any type over ground, digging out roots, filling holes and leveling off ground, stacking of serviceable material and removing of unserviceable material to a distance not exceeding 50 m complete all as specified and directed.

ELEVATED WATCH TOWER UPTO 7 MTR HEIGHT M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, balconies, canopies, deck slab and in the shelves and the like complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landing and similar work not exceeding 200mm thick (Horizontal or slopping) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for formwork to edges of concrete flats, treads, breaks in floors, window cills, concrete railings, openings in concrete walls, floor and roofs not exceeding 20cm wide and sides of RCC/PCC bands in walls, horizontal or slopping and similar work exceeding 10cm but n. exc.20 cm wide rough finished sur-faces of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel TMT bars 06 mm dia and over upto and including 10 mm dia cut to length bent to shape required including crancking, bending, spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 10mm thick cement plaster on roof surface in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth with using floating/setting coat of cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 5 mm thick cement plaster on ceiling in CM 1:4 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plaster surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken stone or boulders of gauge not exceeding 63 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete including filling interstices with and including approved fine materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection surface finished even and smooth without using extra cement of width as directed and shall be laid to slope of 1:30 in alternative bays not exceeding 3 meter in length. Joints of 6 mm wide and 10 mm deep shall be provided along the wall and bays and same shall be filled with bitumen mastic (1:3) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted,or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and directed. Note for srl item no 2 to 8 & 11:- RCC, Form work and reinforcement for items like columns, beam and slab for 4x elevated post executed up to 7 mtr height. The quoted rates shall deemed to be included in rates quoted against these items. No extra amount will be paid on this account.

M&L for 15mm thick rendering on fair faces of brick wall or concrete surface in CM 1:6 finished even & smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard core of broken bricks boulders of gauge exceeding 63mm but not exceeding 100 mm, deposited, spread and levelled in layers not exceeding 15 cm thick, watered and rammed to a true surface complete including filling interstices with and including approved fine materials complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:5:10) type E-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete and sub base concrete etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick M-35 grade rubber moulded machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 without pigment over and including 25 mm thick sand cushioning complete all a specified & directed.

RCC WALL Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or R.C.C) any section, including taking out embeded portion and making good disturbed concrete, brick work ground masonry complete all a specified & directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling barbed wire fencing of any description complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches , pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for MS work in post and struts in fencing including cutting top to shape as drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165.complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire, barbed with 2.24 mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc. complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates rails, braces etc. complete, drilled for fixing or steel sheeting or other covering doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooke and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheet-ing or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete confirming to FE 410-0 or FE 250-0 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite 18-20mm thick (of any type) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, window- cills, cooking platforms and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with shade of granite complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Concertina coil fencing with punched tape coil 450mm dia (at stretched position), made out of hot dipped, galvanized steel wire coated with CLR anti corrosive paint, making diamond shape barbs with 18 SWG sheet, spring core 2.5mm thick wire with tape 0.52 mm thick and weight of each coil should not be less than 7.5 kg each coil should have 50 rounds and should covers 6 RM length fixed over and including 6 lines of horizontal RBT (reinforced barbed tape) wire or razor wire at points wherever coil touches the bottom of wire with the help of hog rings (14 SWG) and between Y shaped angle iron post complete all as specified and directed. NOTE:- (i) Hogging shall be fixed at a interval of 600 mm centre to centre , wherever in touches with the razor wire. (ii) Overlapping of concertina coil and razor wire shall be 300 mm. (iii) Y shaped angle iron post shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes ) each of Soft / loose soil.not exceeding 0.5 cu. m. getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceed-ing 25cm, watering, and removing surplus spoil to a distance n. exc 50mand making good surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:3:6) type C-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild steel screw bolts (machine made ) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt 10 mm dia but not exceeding 10 cm long complete all as specified and directed.

Supply of 3 mm dia GI wire chain link fencing with 75x75mm mesh size and fixed to any type of stranded rails straining bolts etc including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any of standards, rails straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire. complete all as specified and directed.

Returning filling in with approved excavated soil including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

COMMON ITEMS Excavating in trenches not exc 1.5m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth, for foundations etc, or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes etc, exceeding 10 square meter on plan and not exceeding 1.5m in depth and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material (soils) to a distance n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.50 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Plain cement concrete (1:4:8) type D-2, using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate in foundations, filling and mass concrete including sub base complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (design mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in foundations, including rafts, footings, foundation beams, plinth beam, bases for columns, pillars piers, posts and struts etc complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately).

M&L for Reinforced cement concrete (Design Mix) M-25 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in columns, pillars piers, posts and struts etc. complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Steel reinforcement shall be measured & paid separately).
