Material and labour for sweeping with wire brushes and cleaning with water over the roof surfaces and application of one coat of water based bitumen emulsion primer at the rate of 0.3 litres per square meter after cleaning of the surfaces thoroughly from dust, dirt and projections and applying water proofing treatment with APP based polymeric membrane of weight 3.5 Kilogram per square meter and minimum 3 mm thick reinforced with polyester non wove fabric (weight not less than 150 grams per square meter) as per IS 3384 on primed surface by forced application over roof surfaces over that a coat of blown bitumen of 85 / 25 at the rate of 1.2 kilogram per square meter over that coat of bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 100 grams per square meter complete all as specified and as directed.
