Special Eligibility Criteria

   Bulk quantity order will be placed only on RCF approved manufacturers or their authorized dealers/agents against RCF item ID: 2400069 & Sub item ID: 2400069002 in UVAM for the tendered item.

   Authorised Dealers/Agents of RCF Approved sources must submit tender specific OEM authorization letter along with the bid, failing which the offer shall be summarily rejected.

   Preference to Make in India Policy: Procurement of the item is restricted to Class I local suppliers only and the vendors who do not qualify to be Class I local suppliers should not quote in the tender as their offers shall not be considered for any ordering. In case any vendor who does not qualify to be a Class I local supplier for the tendered item participates in the tender it does so at its own risk and cost and Railways shall not be liable for any loss or damage caused to the vendor. Requirement of a vendor to be a Class I local supplier for this item shall be a mandatory condition in addition to other qualifying/ eligibility criteria/conditions.

   Bidder are reminded to carefully go through IRS conditions of contract (included and uploaded along with the bid document) particularly those pertaining to Code of Integrity,Misdemeanor and penal measures". If two or more bidders are found to be sister concerns or affiliates(having common partner/director/promoter/owner/holding company decision control,etc.) the offers of all such sister concerns are liable to be rejected as per relevant provisions of IRS terms and condition.

   FOR : Destination. i) Tenderers are hereby instructed to supply the tendered quantity to the respective consignee(s) as indicated in tender document. ii) If a Tenderer mentions anywhere in its offer contrary to as above and/or mentions not to supply to some of the consignees, such offer will not be considered for ordering for such consignees where the Tenderer has not agreed to directly deliver the stores and shall be rejected for such consignees.
