Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for:

Foundations, footings, bases of columns, etc. for mass concrete

Walls (any thickness) including attached pilasters, butteresses, plinth and string courses etc.

Columns, Pillars, Piers, Abutments, Posts and Struts

Lintels, beams, plinth beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers. with water proof ply 12 mm thick

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position and binding all complete upto plinth level.

Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D or more.

Steel work welded in built up sections/ framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc. as required.

12 mm cement plaster of mix :

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paint of required shade :

Providing and laying Hollow cement concrete block walling upto floor five level of using Hollow Block of mix 1:3:6 (1 Cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggregate 12 mm nominal size) having a cruching strength of 3.5N/sqmm at 28 days as per IS:2185 (part-I) 1979 laid in cement mortar 1:6 (1cement : 6 coarse sand) up to floor five level.

Hollow Block 200 mm thick size 400 x 200 x 200mm.

Preparation and consolidation of sub grade with power road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity after excavating earth to an average of 22.5 cm depth, dressing to camber and consolidating with road roller including making good the undulations etc. and re-rolling the sub grade and disposal of surplus earth with lead upto 50 metres.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 10, including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road surface as per specifications :

On bituminous surface @ 0.50 Kg I sqm

2 cm premix carpet surfacing with 1.8 cum and 0.90 cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm size and 11.2 mm size respectively per 100 sqm and 52 kg and 56 kg of hot bitumen per cum of stone chippings of 13.2 mm and 11.2 mm size respectively, including a tack coat with hot straight run bitumen, including consolidation with road roller of 6 to 9 tonne capacity etc. complete (tack coat to be paid for separately).

With paving Asphalt grade VG - 30 with no solvent

Providing and laying Bitumen Penetration Macadam with hard stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified, with bitumen of suitable penetration grade, including required key aggregate as specified, spreading coarse aggregate with the help of self propelled/ tipper tail mounted aggregate spreader and applying bitumen by a pressure distributor and then spreading key aggregate with the help of aggregate spreader complete, including consolidation with road roller of minimum 8 to 10 tonne capacity to achieve specified values of compaction and surface accuracy :

For 50mm compacted thickness using coarse aggregate of size 50-20 mm graded @ 0.60 cum per 10 sqm key aggregate of size 12.5 mm graded @ 0.15 cum per 10 sqm. With paving asphalt grade VG - 10 @ 50 kg/ 10 sqm.

Providing and laying seal coat of premixed fine aggregate ( passing 2.36 mm and retained on 180 micron sieve) with bitumen using 128 kg of bitumen of grade VG - 10 bitumen per cum of fine aggregate and 0.60 cum of fine aggregate per 100 sqm of road surface, including rolling and finishing with road roller all complete.

Providing, Laying & spreading WBM as per specification including compacting, spreading of aggregates in uniform thickness hand packing, rolling with 3 whelled road / vibratory roller 8-10 tonne in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming requisite type of screening / binding material to fill up interstices of course aggregate watering and compacting to the required density

Sub - base with stone aggregate 90mm to 45mm inluding stone screening 13.20mm

Base - Course with stone aggregate 63mm to 45mm inluding stone screening 13.20mm [Type-A]

Base - Course with stone aggregate 53mm to 22.40 mm inluding stone screening 11.20mm
