Dismantling Wall and ceiling boards (fibre,pulp, insulation, etc.) or insulation boards/slabs/blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets as directed.

S&F for aluminium anodised snap grid frame work of size 605mm x 605mm frame work for ceiling with aluminium tee section of size 23.5mm x 26.4mm x 1.4mm thick and aluminium angle section of size 36.5mm x 25mm x 1.4mm thick, for false ceiling including Hangers 6 mm dia. G.I. (upto 1200mm length) adjusting level fixed to roof slabs by means of ceilling cleats made out of G.I. flat 40 x 3 mm size 60mm long and expansion hold fasteners 12.5mm dia, 40mm long including 4 mm thick pre painted non asbestos E-board (plain), HSPC fixed to frame all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frame, n. exc 1.5 sqm each with shutters (without taking off shutter from the frame) as directed.

Taking down chowkhats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frame) exe 1.50 & n.exc. 4 sqm in each complete all as specified & directed.

Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings, cooler stands (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete & making good the floor in PCC 1:2:4 type B-0 to match the existing floor.
