Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50mtr in depth; not exceeding 10 Sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth and getting out, in any type of soil, for foundations/ laying of cables/pipes, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Removing excavated materials/ soils, to a distance not exceeding 50mtrs and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.50mtrs, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Sand cushioning to protection of underground cables, laid 8 Cm before laying and 15 Cm after laying of cable, and punned to form an overall layer of 18 Cm thick, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note: Punned thickness shall be measured.

Sub class ‘B’ bricks, modular size, brick covering laid dry, flat, transversally along the length of cable on sand cushioning for mechanical protection of cable, with width equal to the length of the brick, complete all as specified.

GI pipes/ Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, 80mm bore, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers; for protection of electric cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

GI pipes/ Tubes, 'light grade', galvanised, 50mm bore, ISI marked, laid in trenches or fixed to walls/ poles with mild steel clamps, nuts, bolts and washers; for protection of electric cable, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete Nominal Mix M-7.50(1:4:8), type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as mass concrete in foundation, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Plain cement concrete M-15 (1:2:4), type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate), as in coping of poles including necessary form work, finish even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-In-Charge.

Tubes,Medium grade' galvanised, 50mm bore, ISI marked with all fittings and fixed to walls and ceilings or laid in floors for lightening conductor, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Cost of cutting/ chasing for pipe line making concealed in surfaces shall be deemed included in quoted rates.

S&F in replacement of Aluminium strip, size 25x3.15m with saddles and fixing screws etc.; fixed along with external surface from lightening arrester at roof top to test point conductors above ground, complete all as specified and as directed.

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm x 60cmx6mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below normal ground level) with top edge of plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level. connecting to the GI wire 4 mm dia by means of bolls, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron and earth wire protected by provision of GI light grade pipe 15 mm bore including provision of concrete pit in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates with 40mm thick cover of RCC (1:2:4) reinforced with XPM weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and frame of angle iron 25x25x6mm with lugs 02 Nos and handle of 6mm dia MS bar made to shape, GI medium grade 20mm bore pipe for watering , perforated at bottom. 1.75 metre long placed on top edge of earth plate. charcoal and common salt filling with fixing arrangement, funnel wire mesh and earth work in soft soil returning filling in and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 meters all as per electrical plate 3 of SSR-2009 Part-I and connecting to earth test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion. S&F in replacement of Factory made SMC junction box/ cut-out box, made with 3.15mm thick CRCA mild steel sheet, vermin proof, dust proof, for outdoor use, having internal dimensions 300x200x105mm, painted externally and internally, suitable for road/ street lighting for 3-phase/ 4-core high wattage LED based lighting system for industrial applications, suitable for pole mounting, having one No MCB of 15 Amps, Single Pole and Neutral, including aluminium bus bars of 200 Amps rating duly drilled holes for connections, cable glands, clamps etc for making necessary connections, including mild steel iron flat size 25x4mm having holes, nuts, bolts, washers, for fixing on poles, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-In-Charge.
