Disconnecting/taking down carefully of vertical automatic instant steaming packaged oil fired steam boiler, steam capable of generating 600 kg/hrs of steam F&A 100 c up to a maximun pressure of 15 kg/sqcm duly disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connection for overhaulting including taking down the boiler with the help of crane (2 ton capacity), keeping seperately for dismantling and opening the oil fired steam boiler for serving, cleaning using hand hydraulic pump set, repair/replkacement of damaged/defectve spares, including welding to leakage sleaves coil, replacement of cables etc of Srl No -PX 22, 213 : 06 and PX 01-06-07, Model- PX 06 (Make-Primex Pvt Ltd), re-hoisting the boiler and mounting on existing foundation with the help of crane and re-connecting all disconnected electrical and mechanical connection and reassembling the boiler after replacement of damaged/defective spares including testing, commissioning complete all as specified and directed. Taking down carefully, duly disconnecting all electrical and mechanical connections burnt out unserviceable water pump motor of capacity 3.0 HP Mechanical Laundry plant, rewinding the burnt out winding with same gauge and data of supper enamelled copper conductor, varnishing the rewinded stator, winding properly and heating the same on heat chamber till achieving the perfect insultation resistance (minimum 06 Ohms) re-assembling the motor and refixing the same on existing foundation including replacement of damaged/worn out spares complete all as specified and as directed. Taking down carefully, Hydro extractor coupled burnt out motor of capacity 10 HP, 440 V, 3 phase from Mechanical Laundry plant duly disconnected the electrical and mechanical connections, transporting the same to civil workshop and opening into the motor checking/sort out the defective spares and taking out the burnt put stator winding from the motor re-winding the motor with suitable size of copper enamelled conductor, varnishing the re-winded stator and heating up the same on heating chamber heating up till obtained the insulation valve minimum 6 Ohm, reassembling the motor after replacement of the damage/defective spares, transporting the same from local workshop to site and re-installed the same on existing foundation including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. (Note : spare parts as required shall be measured and paid as "supply only" here in after)

Cleaning of main collection sewage well/sump (Over all size of Sump/well 4.80 M dia & 6.00 M depth) of STP plant by taking out all sludge in liquid/ semi liquid /hardened stage as per actual site condition by sewerage extraction pumps of suitable capacity /appropriate machanical means, removing and depositing in a pit, sprinkling of bleaching powder and covering with earth to a depth not less than 30 cm after complete setting of sludge content/rubbish/debris including necessary excavation and earthwork to a distance as directed. Supply and fixing, in repair, Hose of length 15m length. Hose shall be of Synthetic fibre, circular woven jacketed, treated against rot, Working Pressure 12 kg/sq cm, Burst pressure, 36 kg/sq cm. Coupling shall be male and female parts, gunmetal, 63 mm. (2 1/2") size, heavy quality bearing conforming to IS.903 with IS Mark complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for painting to MS box of size of size 90cmX45cmX15cm with two coats of synthetic enamelled paint over a coat of red oxide primer including making good the broken parts by welding all as specified and directed .
