Bolts and nuts (C) Punch Washers (D)Insulated bushes (E) Insulated Channels (F) 6/10 mm thick end post (G) Glue (H) Hardener (I) Glass Cloth carrier and all the materials and fitting for cleaning and assembling excluding rails (J) Any other fitting and accessories required to fabricate In situ Glued joints in all respect as per RDSO drawings and specification contained in manual for in situ glued joints. Note:- 1) In situ glued joints shall be checked for insulation as per Railways satisfaction. 2) The glued joints should behave satisfactorily minimum upto 6 months from the date of laying. 3) In case of any defects detected in this periods, the glued joints shall have to replaced.
