Mandirtala to Kajipara Road from 0.30 km to 0.80 km, footpath repairing work in stretches and other allied work of Howrah Highway Sub-Division under Howrah Highway Division in the Dist. of Howrah during the year 2025-26

Taking out existing Cement Concrete interlocking Paver block from Road/ Footpath and relaying the same of any design /Shape in required line, level,Curvature, Colour and pattern over and including 50 mm thick compacted bed of course sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc. including disposal of unservicable materials all complete as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge.

Footpaths and Separators Construction of footpath/ separator by providing a 150 mm compacted granular sub base as per clause 401 followed by 25 mm thick cement concrete grade (1:2:4), over laid with pre-cast concrete tiles in cement mortar 1:3 including provision of all drainage arrangements but excluding kerb channel and as per clause 410 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision).

Dismantling Kerb Stones Dismantling kerb stones by manual means and disposal of dismantled material with all lifts and upto a lead of 1000 m as per Technical Specification Clause 202 for Rural Roads of MORD.

Cast in Situ Cement Concrete M20 Kerb Construction of cement concrete kerb with top and bottom width 115 and 165 mm respectively, 250 mm high in M 20 grade PCC on M-10 grade foundation 150 mm thick, foundation having 50 mm projection beyond kerb stone, kerb stone laid with kerb laying machine, foundation concrete laid manually, all complete as per clause 409 of Specifications for Road & Bridge Works of MoRT&H (5th Revision). (The rate is inclusive of cost of all materials, labour, hire and usage charges of machinery and all incidental charges in this connection.) Using Concrete Mixer

Removing loose scales, blisters etc. from old painted surface and thoroughly smoothening the surface to make the same suitable for receiving fresh coat of paint.

Priming one coat on timber or plastered surface with synthetic oil bound primer of approved quality including smoothening surfaces by sand papering etc.

Painting with best quality synthetic enamel paint of approved make and brand including smoothening surface by sand papering etc. Including using of approved putty etc. on the surface, if necessary: On timber or plastered surface: With super gloss (hi-gloss)- Two coats (white in shade)

Removal of rubbish,earth etc. from the working site and disposal of the same beyond the compound, in conformity with the Municipal/ Corporation Rules for such disposal, loading into truck and cleaning the site in all respect as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

LWC @ 1.00% over Sl. No. 1 to Sl No. 9.01
