Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Plain cement concrete 1:1½:3, type A-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in 150 mm thick floors / hardstanding etc., including use and waste of formwork to divide the area into panels, complete as specified and directed.

Three component epoxy polyurethane self leveling antistatic dissipative flooring system laid in overall thickness of min 3mm (Anti-Static in 5 x 5 metre grid) comprising of 200 microns thick priming coat followed by 2mm thick base coat and 1mm thick top coat complete all as specified and as directed. Notes : 1. Epoxy colour theme will be decided by GE in consultation with user. 2. Marking of yellow lines at designated place will be included in quoted rates. 3. The laying of the EPU flooring is to be done by only the Authorized Applicator of any of the listed brands in PS Clause 16.1 on Serial Page No 80 (A) and approval for the same is to be taken from the Garrison Engineer before start of work.

4. The Defects Liability Period of EPU flooring shall be 03 years. A sum equal to 5% (Five Percent) of the amount of EPU Flooring in the BOQ will be held back out of the Contractor’s Final Bill as Security Deposit for the Guarantee Period of 03 years which shall be refunded to him after expiry of this period. Alternatively the contractor may give a FDR of equivalent amount from any Nationalized Bank pledged in favour of GE.

Cutting of 12mm wide expansion joints upto full depth of concrete slab (150 mm) (intial cut of 3 mm upto full depth cut by diamond cutter machine within 08 to 24 hours of casting) and filled with pre-formed compressible filler board (HD-100) of bottom 125 mm depth, provision of closed cell polythene backup rod 12 mm dia one coats of primer on vertical side of joints and sealing the joint (Top 10-12 mm) with single component polyurethane sealant conforming to requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-2003 for Hydrolysis/Water Resistance Test and applying masking tape on edge at joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied.

Sealant should have MAF minimum ±30% with manufacturer's ten years performance guarantee, rest all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed.

8mm wide, 23 mm deep Dummy Joints, one coat of priming and providing a backup rod 10mm dia and sealed with using single component cold applied polyurethane sealant (top 10mm leaving 2-3 mm recess) by mechanical means conforming to requirement of BS-5212 and EN 141875-2003 for Hydrolysis / Water resistance test including initial 3mm wide saw cut upto 50 mm depth (within 8 to 24 hrs) and fixing of masking tape before sealant is applied. Sealant should have MAF minimum ±30% with manufacturer's ten years performance gurantee rest all as per manufacturer's instructions and as specified and directed.

Forming Construction Joint 25mm deep and 10 mm wide (using diamond cutter) providing polythene backup rod 12 mm dia and filled with polyurethane sealant single component (minimum depth of sealant 12mm) complying with BS 5212, BS 4254, end EN 41875-2003, priming the sides, minimum MAF ± 30% with ten years performance guarantee and applying masking tape on edge of joint to prevent accidental spillage of sealant on top surface to give neat finish to sealant and removing the masking tape after sealant is applied by mechanical means all as per manufacturer' instructions as specified and directed.

Two coats of Aliphatic Polyurethane painting over a coat primer on concrete surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

75mm thick PCC 1:4:8, type D-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring complete all as specified and as directed.

Precast cement concrete coloured glazed interlocking tiles 80mm thick, M-50 grade, conforming to IS-15658 2006, any shade, colour and pattern laid over and including 20 to 30mm thick stone dust / sand cushioning laid dry to the profile including vibrating with surface vibrator after laying of tiles including budding and filleting joints etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling structural steel work any description including Doors, Gates, Rails, Purlins / Rafters etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
