Supply and fix Foot Valve conforming to IS 4038,1986, Cast Iron body with leather flap sealing clamped on cast iron disc plates of size 150 mm (6”) dia complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Installation of sprinkler valve set (Assembled set) comprising of following (ISI) UL listed items as under:- (i) Stop valve -01 (ii) Alarm valve - 01 (iii) Pressure gauges - 02 (iv) Test valve - 01 (v) Drain valve - 01 (vi) Alarm Gong (Water operated motor) - 01 Location: except Antenna room, Radar eqpt room, PS room, Room No.1 on first floor and Transformer room

Supply and fix Cast Iron Air Valves with single air Outlets, conforming to IS 14845 of size 50 mm dia bore and fixing up in Cast Iron Water supply mains of size 50 mm dia all as specified and directed.

Masonary valve chamber internal size 75cmx75cmx75cm including 100mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type foundation, Brick work in CM (1:4), plastering internal surfaces completely and external surfaces upto 150mm below ground level, 15mm thick in CM (1:4) 100mm thick PCC (1:2:4) type C1 as in coping , fabricating MS cover made out of 40x40x5mm thick angle iron frame ,5mm thick MS plate, hinges, lifting handle. locking arrangements, complete including grouting in coping concrete, painting steel surfaces with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying and testing 3.5 core ,95 Sqmm UG cable XLPE Insulated ,screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor with jointing accessories like suitable size of lugs and glands etc complete all as directed. Note: Qty of excavation and earthwork and removal of excavated soil shall be measured and paid under Schedule A Part VI

Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note :- (i) Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.

Development of trial bore by reaming up to 525 mm for 60 RM from ground level including casing pipe of 200mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel all as specified and directed.

Development of trial bore by reaming Reaming up to 525 mm from depth exceeding 60 RM to 200 meter including slotted casing pipe of 200mm dia and thickness 8mm and pea gravel complete all as directed.

Supply & filling of gravel pack provided in fine aquifiers of suitable size around bore well casing pipe upto ground level as directed.

Yield test for the bore well by continuously pumping for 16 hours to determine safe pumping yield all as specified and directed.

S&F flat submersible cable of size 6 sq mm 3 core PVC insulated and sheathed multistranded 1100 V grade copper conductor all as specified and directed.

Supply, install, and commisioning Submersible pump, electric driven 415 V, TP suitable for 200/250 mm dia bore well ( Casing pipe size 200/250 mm)complete upto 15 WHP inclusive of 40 metre long submersible cable and starter panel with control switches including Amps meter and voltmeter and starter should be suitable for 15WHP phase motor complete all as specified and directed. Note:- (i)Discharge case shall be fitted with suitable adaptor of 65mm nominal bore of 0.6m length threaded at one end and flanged at other end to match with the column pipe duly fitted with 2 nos flat iron supports. The adaptor shall be welded to GI pipe outlet and studded with discharge case. (ii) Column pipe and control cable shall be measured and paid separately under pressure. (iii) The length of submersible cable connected along with motor supplied by manufacturer shall not be measured and paid for separately.
