Schedule 'A'

Demolition of brick work or stone/boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and pre-cast concrete articles and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for brick work with subclass ‘B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m means radius, built in cement mortar (1:6) complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick wall built in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 on on fair surfaces of brick in two separate coats (10mm thick backing coat and 5mm thick top coat) using water proofing compound @2% by weight of cement as per manufacture instruction and finishing works/concrete surfaces finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed. M & L for Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , nosing & grooming on steps, including screed bed 20mm thick in CM 1:3 complete all as specified and directed.complete all as directed.

Dismantling of plain/ corrugated including Nainital or similar pattern mild steel sheeting of any gauge, thickness roof coverings and segregating serviceable sheet and stacking for reuse and removing unserviceable materials from site of work complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying well burnt sub class ‘B’ bricks ( designated 75) locally available best quality, laid dry in trenches for protection of underground cable complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying, Jointing and testing in repair of LT UG cable XLPE insulated,PVC bedded galvanised steel strip or wire armoured, heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor, 1100 volts grade, cross sectional area 10 sqmm 2 core laid in trenches / on poles / walls / in ducts / passing through pipes and including necessary cable lugs, bolts, nuts and washers complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair galvanized iron strip 32 x 6mm fixed with saddles & fixing screws, PVC dash fastners, insulators fixed from test point to earth on walls or burried in ground / drawn into hume pipe complete all as specified and directed. NOTE : Excavation & earth work shall be deemed inclusive of in this item.

Supply and fix in repair single pointed air termination Aluminium rod 12mm dia, 300 mm long complete all as specified and directed.
