REPAIR/ MAINT OF TANKS, DOZING PUMP, CHLORINATION PLANT AND OTHER ALLIED WORK UNDERE GE (MCTE) MHOW

M&L for Overhauling of Pump set complete with motor of any capacity 5 HP to 12.5 HP and any make by after disconnecting of all electrical and water connections and removing/ taking up from the foundation, taking to reputed civil workshop for repairing or repair the same at the site (Pump house) by changing the defective/ unserviceable parts such as bearing, shaft, impeller, bush, gland plate etc. complete. Re-assembling including oiling, greasing replacement of worn out nuts, bolts, gaskets etc. and refixing in its original position at site, making all connections, commissioning and testing etc. complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:- (a) The rates for minor items like nuts, bolts, gaskets etc essential for functioning of pump and transportation charges are deemed to be included in the quoted rates. (b) Ball bearing, impeller, shaft etc are replaced as per requirement shall be measured and paid seperatily.

M&L for Cleaning of balancing tank size 4.0m x 4.0m x 4.0m throughly removing mud by using brush, bleaching powder etc. from the tank by following method:- (a) Drain out the water by using exist valve/ high capacity dewatering system. (b) Cleaning inside of the tank by using chemical and scrubbing the wall of the tanks. (c) Painting of entire inner surface of the tank with two coat of syntheric enamel paint. (d) Painting of outer surface to be painting by black bitumenuous paint after scraping, clean of old surface.

Opening complete pressure filter of capacity 20,000 Ltr and taking out existing filter media (sand, gravels any size) and pipe, removing filter media to a distance not exceeding 50 metre for reuse at site, including necessary repair/ welding to make the pressure filter vessels completely leak proof for improving the strength. Cleaning of pressure filters by scraping with the help of hard steel wire brusshes and physical cleaning of surfaces by descarding/ brooming slit and sludges and other deposites from inner side. Collecting and taking them out with the help of mannual labour and deposite outside the installation and finally re-assembling the pressure filter including re-fixing of pip in existing position duly cleaned complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to internal surface of the Pressure filter chamber of capacity 20000 Ltr with one coat of red oxide zinc crome and two coats of synthetic enamel ordinary after necessary surface preperation by means of scraping, brushing etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for painting to external surface of the Pressure filter chamber of capacity 20000 Ltr including connected pipe line inside the filter room with with one coat of red oxide zinc crome and two coats of synthetic enamel ordinary approved colour after necessary surface preperation by means of scraping, brushing etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in replacement of filter media (gravels) in filter bed, filter media size varying from 02mm to 10mm shall be confirming to IS-8419 part-I 1997, complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and filling in replacement of filter media (small sugar size white crystal Sand) in filter bed, filter media shall be confirming to IS-8419 part-I 1997, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for overhauling and repair to suction sweeper by dismantling/ opening of suction sweeper, overhauling and replacement of unserviceable parts, PVC fiber wheel - 04 Nos, MS wheel pin-08 nos, brush of suitable size (as per sample)-01 Nos, Nuts/ Bolts/ Washers/ as per sample), including painting of complete suction sweeper and assessories by applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint, re-assembling the sweeper and testing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L in repair PVC suction pipe (reinforced as per sample) in repair 40mm dia suitable for suction sweeper complete all as specified and directed at site.
